  We are an Aussie couple – Nellie and Byron - originally from Australia and now living in Hakuba. We own a few properties and throughout the year, we welcome hard-working, easy-going people to help out with a mix of tasks depending on the season.
  
  Summer Opportunities (August–November)
  
  CURRENT AVAILABLE DATES: - both have the potential to extend if you are suitable and have valuable skills
  25 August - 8 September (2 weeks)
  6 October - 20 October (2 weeks)
  
  You will be housesitting in our property around the corner from our home. Looking for ideally couple or people who are willing to house share in this space - 3 private rooms.
  
  Typical Summer Tasks Include:
  - Furniture setup and organising spaces
  - Gardening and outdoor cleanup
  - Deep cleaning
  - DIY handyman tasks
  - Painting preparation + painting
  
  What’s Included:
  - Free accommodation in our holiday home around the corner from our place
  - Private room
  - Free use of bikes, SUP boards, and any outdoor gear we’ve got around
  - Walking distance to Happo-One Resort if you’re into hiking or just want some mountain time
  - Food will be your own expense
