  * As an Italian Kitchen you will be in contact with cured meat, ham, cheese, etc.

  Calling for summer season!
  We would love a extra help in our Italian bread shop to take out, closest to the most beautiful rocky beaches in Peniche known for its long sandy beaches, which are popular for activities and sports such as surfing, windsurfing, bodyboarding and kite surfing considered among the best in Europe.
  
  We are a family with a mix of cultures Colombian, Italian and Portugues that started a life story here in Portugal and now living here at the rocky Peninsula, surrounded by the sea, nice waves, easy and relax life style.
  Dad is a Pro Skater, Mom is a curious traveller and Fresh pasta maker and we just had a little son!
  We enjoy skate, surf, Mushroom hunting, travelling and we also are food enthusiast.
  
  We run a Italian Bread Shop where we serve Take-Away simple meals, as we are very close to the beach people pass by and take out the food. We have Portugues clients, surfers and in general all people attracted to this place.
  
  We would love a help this summer in our Shop since we just had a kid and want to share this unique time with him and same time share our good vibes, with whoever is helping us.

  As we live in Peniche you will be sourrunded by the sea, close to many places to go by walking like the center also bike, we love surf, skate so we can share a soft board with you to get some waves or learn if you are down for it, my partner is Skater so he can also give you really good knowledge about it.
  We speak Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, French, so we can do some lenguage exchange, we make fresh pasta, something really cool to share with you, we love cooking so for sure you will enjoy this part so much, although do not provide food for your entire stay of course will be days we can share a meal together.
  Love mushroom hunting, plants picking and much more!
  We also have a baby so we also do appreciate if you are ok the time exploring by yourself , we will help you in anything you want to know about the place and locals.
  
  We have many other things that we can share with you!

  Aide

  The Bread Shop is a nice Italian Lab, that during summer is usually very busy, we supply Cafes and food trucks, we recently open to take- out due clients and friends request, our Bread is so delicious and we serve simple recipes, takes 3 minutes to make it, is quick and very fun! Smile of our client is our goal. But the Credits is all yours cause you are the one behind and if you love food and like to interact with people you will love this!
  
  Sometimes when the productions is running will be 2 people at it and then you at the take-out part, sometimes if not open the take away we will involve you at the production, No worries! is also very easy and fun!
  
  We will need your help 5 hours a day 5 days a week, mostly dinner time or lunch, if I cannot assit, sometimes we will ask a hand in Production (very easy work.)
  You will be the only incharge serving the Italian bread with our special ingredients, and also responsible for cleaning at the end of your shift as normaly food work.
  
  *This is a paid opportunity according to the Portuguese hour minimum wage.
  
  To get there we will give you a bike for yourself or give you a ride because the place is 10 mnts from our home by car, 25 mnts by bike.
  
  We hope you are food interest or bread enthusiast and the most important you are a reliable person, with a happy actitud, eager to learn!

  Hébergement

  You will be in a private bedroom, toilet will be share with us sometimes, you can ovbiosly use the kitchen, house is big and the front door is very close to your room there is the sea almost in front at some steps of the house.
  Neighborhood is so relax, peaceful, you will enjoy a lot morning coffee watching the sea.
  We have Wi-Fi
  We cannot provide food at home cause dietary restrictions but we do provide at the shop., so you will have to be responsible for it, but when you are at the take away you are allowed to make food for you of course!
  We do not provided hygiene personal items.
  We can give you a Bike to move around, rides if needed for work

  Autres infos...

  You will be able to experience surf, skate, forest, cliffts, nice walks, we will provide you a bike for yourself, you are very close to the center, also we can give you a ride if you want to go surf, you can borrow our softboard with responsability, we go very often also to skate to some skateparks and go very often to Lisbon, we can drop you there.
  Paid position/ minimum Portugal wage.
