  Description

  ** PLEASE READ - We received many messages everyday, we understand your need to plan your journey. At the moment we are looking for support with deep cleaning and organising, renovations/bamboo woodwork, decorative painting (canvas signs) and content creation/social media, and restaurant development and ALWAYS entrepreneurial/philatropy/community engagement skills.
  
  We are revamping an old restaurant space, a very well known iconic establishment on the island, we want to refresh the place with new decor, a vertical plant wall and other fun little project you can get involved in.
  
  We’re building something meaningful—a space where people can come together to cook, connect, and contribute to the community. First we need to make the place beautiful with refurbishments! We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to get involved! We are trying to recreate a nonprofit venture raising money for local causes. Our dream is to create a community space that is not only about capitalism, not an ordinary venture but one with charitable goals (balanced with financial survival), but in summary, its not about the money, its about bringing people together with a common goal to share and learn about food and contribute something to the community.
  
  We won't ask you to prepare food. But you might like to learn some casareccia Italian cuisine in a workshop.

  Koh Phangan is a beautiful island. There are stunning beaches, vibrant culture, and wellness-focused lifestyle. There's also a great party scene and ways to connect to the community.

  Aide

  We have a variety of exciting projects where your skills and passion can shine. Ideally we will mix up the tasks so you can enjoy different activities to support the project:
  
  Cleaning: deep cleaning and organising and daily cleaning and dishes
  
  Crafts and Painting: There are lots of opportunities to add your creative touch to beautify the place. We invite inspiration for interior decor.
  
  Gardening: Work on creating a small kitchen garden, growing herbs and veggies
  
  Woodwork: Upcycling pallets and using bamboo and coconuts planters etc- sustainability is our ethos
  
  Metalwork: We are creating decorations with metal, so lots of opportunities to be creative
  
  Sewing: There is a sewing machine available :)
  
  Music: Share your musical talents and bring joy to our community events. Opportunity to jam or DJ
  
  Social Media & Promotion: Help us spread the word and grow our impact through creative content and engagement. Help with Canva :)

  We would like to start a language exchange event and charitable pizza party events, as soon as possible. Pizza for people and Pancakes for people coming soon

  Hébergement

  Shared accommodation in the beautiful and peaceful Sri Thanu area, close to beaches, yoga retreats, and vibrant local markets.
  We would love to host a couple or two friends that are happy to sleep in the same king size bed in a private jungle setting in Sri Thanu, close to all the action and Zen beach. We can host others too, however we only accept volunteers that are happy with shared living environment. There are 5 sleeping surfaces and one sofa on the balcony.
  
  Our last big group of volunteers used the bungalow as a dorm room, common area for everyone to be comfortable, this works for flexible community orientated people and that's not for everyone.

  I have a VERY friendly cute puppy. Actually, she's getting big! There's also another elderly dog that is super passive, so would depend on the dynamic between the pets.
