Description
We are sits on the hills of Ganga Vatika.
We are a Vedic Monastery located at the feet of The Himalayas in Rishikesh, India .
Our main labour is to promote Dharma, this means, Yoga classes, Philosophy classes, music classes, art programs, social labour here in Rishikesh. Of course for this we have an hotel, where our guest stay during their studies. The hotel is located in Ganga Vatika, the best place in Rishikesh, its a quiet and relaxed place and very close to the city center. The new school we are opening is only 15 min walking from the hotel, in a very safe and well know area in Muni Ki Reti.

If we have something is culture, from morning till night our main mission is to teach, from how to meditate, to how to offer the food with vedic mantras or other any cultura, spiritual and religious activities. We are also always willing to include new programs and activities in our schedule.
We want to encourage women to be strong, we do talks to empower Indian women, to help this society respect more the role that women have in it. The woman is a goddess (Devi).

We are a Vedic Monastery located at the feet of The Himalayas in Rishikesh, India .
We need people who know about carpentry, masonry, electricity, plants, decoration, a little bit of everything!
We require a video conference before approving or not the workaways, since we must explain the conditions of our workaway, what is the monastery's routine, schedules, rules ... we are not a normal workaway!

Hébergement
We will offer a shared room , our facilities are clean and well cared for. Of course, in all our facilities we have drinking water.
Ashram style but very clean and well cared for.
We prepare vegetarian food, of course, in different styles. We offer two meals a day, lunch and dinner.

In Rishikesh you can enjoy a multitude of activities, rafting, trekking, yoga, health programs, motorcycle rides, backpacking, bungee jumping, hiking, kayaking, mountain biking, rock climbing, rappelling, and zip lining,etc

We have wifi connection but as we are in India, in the mountain area, some times because os the weather internet is cut, so we can not be sure 100% about the internet connection quality.

They shared their knowledge with us, which were amazing and most of them I will try to apply to my daily life. It was a fairly hard daily discipline at first, but it is worth a try and live this unique experience.
