  A contemporary art and animal production project.
  The project arises from the need to link art with zootechnics, since since my childhood, I have shared my life with domestic animals in rural environments, caring for them and providing them with a comfortable and safe environment that, ultimately, destined them to be part of our diet. Over the years, I have experienced a wide range of emotions when interacting with these animals, from the joy of their breeding to the sadness of their sacrifice. This duality in the experience of life and death of these beings has shaped my perception of their value. I see them as bearers of an unbreakable 'Élan Vital', a vital force that drives both nature and our own existence. During their lives, these animals embody this vitality, and when the time comes for their transformation into delicious culinary experiences, this vital energy becomes an essential part of our lives, stimulating our senses in a unique way.
