  House sitting dates needed for: 29th December - 3rd Jan.
  
  Hey! I’m Helayna (31), a website designer/developer, and my husband (36) is a waterproofer. We live in Wellsford with our 3-year-old daughter and our Staffy, Sammy. Sammy is the real boss of the house – super friendly, very cuddly, and always keen for pats.
  
  You are free to explore and adventure around during the days! All we ask is that Sammy’s fed and has company in the evenings and overnight when we’re away. He’s easy, just loves being around people.
  
  About Our Place
  Wellsford is a quiet little town that’s a great base for exploring Northland. All the good beaches, walks, and towns are just a short drive away. You’ll have the days free to do your thing, then come home to a comfy spot (and a happy dog).

  During Summer, Wellsford is a super fun place to stay and explore, with beautiful beaches nearby (max 30 minutes for gorgeous beaches). There is lots to do including bush walks, bike rides, local markets to explore etc.

  We are looking for house sitters to keep our Dog company while we are away. We would also love some help with watering our indoor plants.

  We live in a large, 4 bedroom home (2 bedrooms available to stay in). You'll have the whole house while we are away, and you'll be staying downstairs which you'll have your own lounge, bathroom, kitchen and 2 bedrooms. Our property is walking distance to shops. We have a fully fenced property and decks on both sides, so you'll be able to relax in the sun on our outdoor couches. We also have 2 bbq's available to use. Our place is very clean and tidy, and our street has been voted the best residential street (safe) in Wellsford.
  
  We are happy for you to help yourself to our food.

  You are welcome to do as you please during the day- our dog is very low maintenance and happy to chill out in his home while you explore. He just needs to be let out twice a day, and cuddles.
