  Hello, I'm Sarah. I live in a 4x2 old wooden home on a quarter acre garden in the small city of Bunbury in Australia's South West. I live with my 18yr old son . We are offering a bedroom to a single or couple or 2 friends in return for some help in the garden and redecorating our home. This includes painting, gardening and other house handywork depending on your skills. We are 2km from the beach and town.

  Bunbury is half way between Perth City and the south west surfing and winery region. We are a small city with a great lifestyle. you are welcome to use our bike, Stand up paddle boards, kayak and Vespa (if you have a license)
