  I currently live in New York and work as a barista. I have been learning Italian for fun and I am most interested in other languages in Italy or their dialects (for example, Siciliano, Napoletano, Sardo, Romagnolo, Pugliese, etc etc etc). I am looking to host speakers who are patient enough with my level of italian and who are speakers of one of the other languages (or some might say "dialect") in Italy. So, if you do speak your regional language that is not the standard language, I would love to host you.

  I can show you different neighborhoods of New York, each is of its own culture. However, I will not go to the Statue of Liberty, Times Square or Wall Street :).

  Other than language practice, it would be nice if you could cook a meal that is special to your own region. If you could spend an hour every two or three days or so tidying up the apartment, that would be very nice.
