  Hello! We are a happy family with two young girls, Emma (12) and Alice (10). We live in Milan, I (Francesca) work in an international bank and Fabio has a gelateria, to the happiness of all of us and our friends.
  
  Emma and Alice are figure skating atleths, it's a sport they are very passionate about and that requires a lot of commitment. They also scout girls, they are lively, sociable with many interests and friends. They have distinct personalities but are also respectful towards others.
  
  We have already had enriching long-term experiences with two wonderful young ladies thanks to Workaway, and we’re truly happy with this journey we’re on.
  
  When we started, we never imagined it would become a transformative experience for all of us, we cherish the sharing and the connections we make.
  
  We are ready to welcome a native English-speaking young woman to join us in our home and who is especially willing to involve Emma and Alice in English.

  She will be part of our family, living in a serene and dynamic environment. The girls are independent and sunny. We believe that it can be a particularly welcoming situation for those who love kids, want to have an experience in Italy and immerse themselves in the daily life of a new family.

  We are happy to warmly welcome a native English-speaking young woman who is adaptable, energetic, and enjoys interacting with both adults and children, who would love to spend quality time with us, especially with Emma and Alice. 
  
  Engaging in conversations and involving them in games or any kind of activities in English will be a delightful way to connect. 
  
  We would appreciate it if she is available to support us in some afternoon activities with them, such as accompanying them to the park or to the ice rink, where they practice their beloved figure skating three times a week. 
  
  We are thrilled about the opportunity to engage in a rich cultural exchange through dialogue, sharing habits, and enjoying diverse foods together.
  
  We are also committed to honoring the time she dedicates to her personal interests, striving to be as flexible and supportive as possible.
  
  We highly value honesty and mutual respect in both dialogue and concrete actions, and believe that a successful living arrangement is built on mutual understanding and adherence to agreements. 
  
  We also care deeply about maintaining order and cleanliness of personal belongings, as well as adhering to simple rules of harmonious coexistence.

  Briciola & Lucy (7 mois)

  In January 2026, we adopted two female guinea pigs named Briciola (the white one) and Lucy (the brown one) they are sisters! Emma and Alice, together we us all, take care of them. They are cute and affectionate little pets!
