  Beautiful 9 acre property with a 2 level 3 bedroom/bath home sitting in the mountains surrounded by nature. Own bedroom, bathroom and extra storage. Home is impeccably kept, outdoor deck, greenhouse and garden areas. Very private & peaceful.
  
  I have one dog who lives with me. I would consider another friendly social dog come stay if requested.

  Much to explore here, we are surrounded by lakes, mountain ranges with excellent outdoor recreational opportunities summer and winter. I’m located steps from Kootneay & Duncan Dam Lakes along with a river. Wildlife is abundant including deer, grizzly & brown bears. Fishing, kayaking, skiing, hiking is at the back door. The beauty of the area is breathtaking.
