  Description

  We are Non Profit community in formation, surrounded by greenery in Capriglio (AT). The purpose of the community is to learn through discipline, presence and attention to carry out work that has an impact on oneself and allows us to live well with ourselves and know how to share with others. A laboratory of ideas for those who are convinced that we can live in a totally different way compared to the materialistic society that surrounds us, therefore establishing new methods and ways of being, above all by having trust in others and total faith in life.
  
  Discipline is required in daily life (no smoking, no alcohol, no addictions), this includes: non-judgment, education in effective and non-violent communication, expressing oneself in total sincerity and authenticity without the masks that we normally use outside, this requires a decidedly reduced ego, humility, active listening, inner maturity, knowing one's psychological dynamics.
  
  Foundations of the center:
  1-Inner work particularly focused on physical/spiritual self-healing
  2-Nonviolent communication (Marshall Rosenberg)
  3-Event organization: conferences, residential seminars and weekend events with holistic speakers (radiesthesia/radionics, energy work, fasting weeks, alternative and homeopathic doctors, numerology, family constellations, Essene disciplines, quantum physics, natural law and universal laws, pedagogy, parenting ).
  
  Daily physical activities:
  1-Creation of a vegetable garden according to the principles of Masanobu Fukuoka
  2-Community cooking: gluten-free diet, dairy-free, preparation of preserves and fermented foods, smoothies.
  3-Preparation of homemade soaps and detergents
  4-Cleaning common areas
  5-Collaboration with a local forest nursery (asilo nel bosco)
  6-Help with social networks, website, video production
  
  Who I'm looking for:
  -Workawayers (food/lodging-help exchange) for short periods
  
  There will be various opportunities for collaboration based on skills and length of stay.
  The farmhouse is set up like a hostel with shared bathrooms and rooms and is immersed in the countryside with an adjacent forest with wild animals, without fences.
  
  Composition: large room/kitchen - 4 bathrooms + one outside - 8 medium/small rooms with bunk beds and not (for residents and guests on weekends), large vegetable garden in front of the farmhouse, esoteric library available. Daily shared esoteric readings. I do not accept pets we have 3 cats.

  Hello everyone! The exchange is about knowing each other and coliving, helping me to start this community project that it's a longlife dream! I can help in learning italian . I hope to learn new prespective and new ways of perceiving life through the eyes of other people. We live here in 4/5 people and starting a vegetable garden as well !

  I lived in Amsterdam for 10 years, 1 year in Ireland and 6 months in Sri Lanka. For sure I'd like to learn better French and Portuguese !

  One private room with common toilets (4 toilets) The whole house has been just renewed

  I care very much about being clean and tidy in the common areas !
  The house is very fresh even if outside the temperature is high . Air Cond is not needed. If you have a camper and a pet it's ok, but I don't want pets in the house.
  In case you don't have a car I can pick you up at the closest train station.
