  Description

  We are a family of three, living in the Auckland North West region. I'm original from the USA, and my husband is a Kiwi. We live in a 120 year old villa that we bought November 2022, so we are in the process of creating hugelkultur-like gardens and renovating our new home. The opportunity for cultural exchange for our son (9 years old) is an amazing bonus, in addition to an extra bit of help on our projects. We offer accommodation, and meal sharing to be negotiated, in exchange for help with gardens/a few fruit trees and renovation help (occasional childcare considered too).
