  Description

  My name is Machatarn and I'm a mum of two wonderful children of my own. A 27-year-old, who's left home and living in New Zealand and a 20-year-old who is off travelling south east Asia, with an extended family who live locally and surround us in love and laughter.
  I’m Gram to 2 wonderful little grandchildren, 10 and 6, from one of my two step children. I'm very blessed.
  I'd love someone who is energetic, motivated, fun, and skilled in Quickbooks Online and SEO in Wordpress for 2 websites and capable of gardening and some other small jobs around the house, who would love to experience life in a stunning part of the world.

  We live in a lovely, quiet cul de sac in a leafy beach side suburb called Ocean Shores, in the Byron Shire, Northern NSW.
  
  Our beautiful, quiet, secluded beach is only 2 kilometres away and is the perfect spot to lay in the sun, swim, surf, fish, take a long relaxing walk, an invigorating run or watch the whales play, when they're moving through on their bi annual migration, which is usually from around June to September in Byron Shire.
  
  We’d love to welcome you to our home and show you around our beautiful area and introduce you to our way of living here in our gorgeous corner of the world.

  Aide

  These are the jobs that I have for you to do:
  
  * I have two websites that need an SEO expert to step in and help them out.
  I use Wordpress and AIOSEO, so somebody experienced with these platforms is essential.
  * I use Quickbooks online and need it to be tidied up and refined. This is not my forte. Is it yours?
  * I have continuous garden maintenance, planting and weeding.
  * We have an outdoor setting that needs some love too. Sanded and reoiled or painted.
  * If you like to cook, we can include that in your hours.
  
  I'd be around most of the time but would also need you to work independently sometimes too, as I run a business from home which requires my attention.
  
  I prefer the work to be carried out on week days rather than weekends. This frees up your weekend to enjoy our beautiful area here.
  The length of your stay would depend on your skills and how we all fit together. Two weeks would be ideal.
  
  Free Wi-Fi, Foxtel, Netflix, Stan and free to air tv are available for your enjoyment.
  
  I would request that you keep the shared areas clean and tidy at all times and that noise be kept to a minimum.
  This is not a party house, but shared social times together would be welcome.

  I would be open to up to 2 people staying and can be flexible with arrangements and times if you're a couple.
  I would provide a clean, comfortable, private room for you with a comfy queen bed, plenty of space for clothes and luggage, a fan for summer and a heater for winter.
  We have a cozy wood fire in the living room for those chilly nights, which keeps us toasty and warm.
  There are several spaces for your enjoyment and privacy, like our beautiful front courtyard, surrounded by trees and lush gardens. It's a beautiful space to chill and eat meals if you desire.
  
  From Monday to Friday, I can provide and cook dinner for you. I will also provide you with your basic foods for breakfast and lunch on weekdays, which you can prepare at a time that suits you.
  Alcohol and specialty foods are not included, but dietary restrictions and requirements are catered for.
  On Saturday and Sunday, you would be responsible for buying your own food and preparing your own meals.
  
  If you’d like to cook, then please don’t let me stop you. We’re always open to tasting different foods from around the world and learning new recipes. We can exchange favourites and share meals if you would like to!
  We have a beautiful, spacious, new kitchen that's a joy to cook in.
  If you choose to cook, these hours would be included in your work hours for the week.

  Free time may be spent exploring the many stunningly gorgeous beaches and waterfalls, or maybe some snorkeling, scuba diving, seasonal whale watching, surfing or surf lessons, kayaking, bike riding and the many tourist attractions and activities that this area has to offer. You’re spoiled for choice here. You may not want to leave.
  
  World famous, Byron’s popular culture, shopping, restaurants, beaches, light house and night life are really something to experience. Music is alive here in Byron, Brunswick Heads and surrounding areas, so there's lots of live music and night clubs to check out too. We're spoilt for choice.
  
  There are weekend markets and local organic and growers markets every week that are a must to experience. Live music by our many local musicians are always there to enjoy.
  
  The local shopping centre, restaurants, cafes and tavern are in walking distance from here.
  We’re 5 minutes to Brunswick Heads, 20 minutes to Byron Bay and 15 minutes drive to Mullumbimby and 1 hours drive to the populat Gold Coast.
  Public transport is available to most anywhere from here, right from the end of our street, but limited on weekends.
  
  I also have a pottery studio which you are welcome to use.
  
  Two weeks would be the required period to be hosted here.
  I would love to see references and photos of your previous work and experiences, if available.
  We’d love to welcome you into our family and exchange cultures, stories and experiences with you.
  We can only accept helpers who have their own medical and travel insurance.
