  Description

  We're a family of 4 with two children (6 and 3 y.o) who decided to leave the city in 2022 to live a quiet and slow life in the countryside. From the capital city of Europe to the French Occitan countryside, we are starting our new lives here in Espeyroux, between Saint-Céré and Figeac.
  
  From making bread in the old bread oven, to building a chicken coop renovating a sheepfold-small barn to welcome sheep, a coat of paint here and there in the house, to repairing and renovating furniture... We try to recycle as much as possible, from compost to materials. Everything is yet to be done at the Lescuns. It is still the beginning of a new adventure and many projects. The land and gardens around the house have been tidied and cleaned for the past year and it's now ready for launching our new projects.
  
  Rome was not built in a day...nevertheless, it's not always the destination that's important but the journey to get there.

  Family of 4, we speak English and French at home, the house is in the French countryside near Figeac, Lacapelle-Marival not far from the Compostela path, the "Camino"

  Gardening, handy work, DIY : building a chicken coop and a small barn, cutting wood and storing it, making fencing, preparing the allotment garden and the gardens around the house for spring, and many other different and interesting duties.
