  Description

  Small Holding with 2 bedroom "Earth" (Taipa) construction House and Small/Medium sized garden.
  A guest house to the rear (Separate to house) would suit a couple.
  Plus a Caravan for 2 extra guests.
  
  .5 Ha (5000sqM/ 1 Acre) land with Olive and some Fruit trees, vegetables following permaculture principles..
  
  The house is totally Off-Grid and power from Solar, heat from Wood and Sun, Water from Well and Spring.
  
  I have one Son of 16 years who visits for a few weeks at a time and during Holidays.
  
  I have an old ankle injury so require a little help in garden / land and with some building?
  
  We are 20Km from Odemira and 25Km from the sea (about 25/35 mins), Large lakes nearby for swimming. International communities all around however predominantly Portuguese.

  I need some help in the garden, weeding, raised beds etc, also some Brickwork and rendering help too as we started a new large rainwater tank build.

  Yes we can host digital nomads, although we live very rurally we do have quite a reliable internet connection through the local mobile network, like a hotspot sort of thing with unlimited data. We also have plans to get a more permanent connection sorted in the coming months.
