  Hello and welcome!
  
  We are a warm and welcoming family living in a beautiful house just minutes from the Mediterranean coast in Spain. We have four children aged 6 to 10 (two boys and two girls) who grow up speaking German, Spanish and Catalan, and we would love for them to improve their English through everyday conversations, play, and shared activities.
  
  We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and caring person to join our family life for a temporary stay. The main goal of this exchange is to give our children more exposure to English in a natural and enjoyable way. We hope to find someone who genuinely enjoys being around children and is happy to communicate with them primarily in English.
  
  Your time with us might include playing games, reading stories, doing creative activities, spending time outdoors, going to the beach, helping with simple daily routines, and sharing everyday family life. We are not looking for a formal teacher, but rather someone who can bring their language, culture, and personality into our home. As a family of six, we appreciate everyone contributing to daily family life and helping to keep our home welcoming and organised.

  We live in a spacious family home close to the sea, where you can enjoy beaches, nature, sunshine, and the relaxed Mediterranean lifestyle. We love spending time outdoors and making the most of the beautiful surroundings. As part of our family, you'll have the opportunity to experience authentic daily life in Spain while sharing your own culture and experiences with us.

  We are an international family living on the Mediterranean coast in Spain, and we enjoy welcoming people from different countries and backgrounds into our home.
  
  During your stay, you will experience everyday family life in a Spanish home, including shared meals, conversations, and time together with our children. Our children grow up speaking German, Spanish, and Catalan, and the main focus of this exchange is to immerse them in English in a natural and relaxed way through daily interaction.
  
  At the same time, we are very interested in learning about your culture, language, and experiences. We enjoy exchanging ideas, traditions, and perspectives, and we hope this will be a mutually enriching experience.

  Aide

  We are mainly looking for someone who genuinely enjoys spending time with children and is happy to speak English with them throughout daily life. The goal is to create a natural and fun English-speaking environment where our children between 6 and 10 years can learn through play, conversation, and shared experiences.
  
  Typical help includes:
  - Speaking English with the children during everyday activities
  - Playing games, reading stories, and doing creative activities
  - Spending active time outdoors with the children (e.g. in the garden, swimming pool, or nature)
  - Encouraging the children to communicate in English in a fun and relaxed way
  - Helping with simple daily routines
  - Helping with simple shared family tasks such as tidying up after activities, setting or clearing the table, and keeping common areas organised
  
  We are looking for a caring, positive, and proactive person who enjoys being part of family life and contributing to a warm and respectful home environment.

  Hébergement

  We offer a private room in our spacious family home near the Mediterranean coast. You will share the house with our family and have access to all common areas, including kitchen, living room, bathroom facilities, garden, and outdoor spaces.
  
  The house is comfortable and relaxed, with a friendly family atmosphere, and you will be part of our daily life while still having your own private space to rest and have time for yourself.
  
  We provide three meals a day and invite our Workawayers to join us for family meals whenever possible. Sharing food and spending time together around the table is an important part of the cultural exchange for us.
  
  Breakfast and lunch are usually flexible, while dinner is often a family meal enjoyed together. We are happy to accommodate common dietary preferences or requirements if discussed in advance.

  We are a busy but easy-going family, and flexibility, kindness, and a positive attitude are very important to us. We value a respectful and open atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable and included.
  
  As this is a family home with four children, daily life can be lively and dynamic. We therefore look for someone who feels comfortable in a active household and enjoys being part of it.
  
  We are happy to welcome both native English speakers and fluent non-native speakers, as long as English is the main language used with the children.
  
  In your free time, you can enjoy the nearby nature, the sea, and the relaxed Mediterranean lifestyle, as well as explore local towns and culture. We are happy to help with tips and recommendations.
