Staying at Marie´s place has been a truly wonderful experience. The family was extremly welcoming from day one and they did their best to make me feel comfortable. During my five month stay, I couldn´t have asked for a better family to stay.
My main job was to pick up the children from school, help them with homework and mainly look after them
… read more during the afternoon. I also helped them with laundry and cooking.
Marie and her husband are super kind people who are always willing to help whenever I need it. The three kids are lovely and super fun to be around. I got to experience so many beautiful and funny moments with them.

We had the absolute pleasure of hosting Tabea for approx 4 months until March 24 and she was a delight. She was reliable, respectful and so great with our kids. We loved having her. She's a super addition to any family and i wouldn't hesitate to recommend her. My children, and I will miss her hugely.

I stayed with this family for three months and I will keep all the memories in my heart forever.
It was my first experience with Workaway but I will definitely keep using it.

Penny was a fabulous addition to our family. She was polite, respectful and always courteous. She slotted in so well with our family and was always willing to help and be available for anything we asked of her. My kids loved her and we all thoroughly enjoyed having her live with us.

I would describe Lucia as a "Ball of Sunshine". She was an absolute delight to have in our house and facilitated me by staying for an additional week. Not just was she kind, hardworking, courteous, respectful, but also brought a lot of fun and enjoyment to our household.
We will greatly miss her, as will our kids, she became a good friend to all

I stayed with Marie and her family for one month and let me tell you: you couldn't ask for a better host. This was my first workaway experience and I couldn't be happier ☺️ They are easy-going, fun, very helpful, super flexible and they always make sure you're comfortable. … read more you you'll have a great time with the boys. The little girl makes you laugh all the time, trust me, you can't get bored with her. She's really creative and loves arts and crafts.
The tasks are very straightforward. Picking up the kids from school, general tidy up, encourage/help with their homework, cook dinner for the children every once in a while. You'll get the hang of it very quickly!
They all make you feel like you're part of the family. Marie and her husband are always up for a conversation and you can talk to them about whatever doubts or worries you might have.
The town they live in is great! It's the perfect size to walk around, it has supermarkets, coffeeshops, pubs and, best of all, it only takes 20min to get to Dublin by bus or train. If you like the outdoors you'll love it. It has one of the most beautiful parks I've ever seen and the beach is just a short walk away!
