Help me to create a vegetable garden in Pedreguer, Spain

  Description

  My name is Paul, my family are all grown up and flown the coop... Until recently I cared for my mother fulltime and now that she has passed I want to work the land I have but need help. I live in the countryside near Denia its very peaceful and calm. I have a small farm of about 4 acres with orange, fig,nisperro,olive and other trees. I have 2 empty fields that i want to grow crops in but I have limited knowledge on farming so someone with a background in growing veggies. Brief history of me.. I was a psychiatric social worker for many years in the UK then came to Spain with my boys and they grew up here. Oh and just bought some chickens..

  What can you learn, thats up to you.. I am very good at building and having lots of diy skills. I speak fluent English and get by in Spanish.. I am very laid make and live pretty much a stress free life and I am open to learning from anyone who visits..

  The help I need is as said, mainly helping start a nice eco vegetable growing farm.. there are always other jobs to do like fence mending (have problems with wild boar) pruning the trees etc.. nothing to strenuous

  well.. I have quite a nice size house so you will have your own bedroom and bathroom

  with your time off the beaches are 5 mins in the car from here.. lots of mountains near me I often go on long treks, I also have 2 dogs

  I have as good internet connection that runs on average at 100mb the coverage is great as I have a mesh system which covers the house and 200 meters outside

  Lots of space!!!!!!!!!! there is about an acre of land which is fenced around the house (stops the wild boar digging the gardens) or more land outside the fences
