  Description

  Hello from our island paradise within sight of the downtown of beautiful cosmopolitan city of Vancouver and immersed in everything the mountains and ocean of Western Canada has to offer.
  
  We are a family of 4 living in a beautiful and spacious 4 bedroom west coast home on Bowen Island with views of the ocean and mountains. We are a 12 minute walk to either of Bowen’s Commercial centers and the ferry terminal and marina where a 20 minute ferry can take you to the mainland with another 20 minute drive or transit can take you downtown. We have beaches mountains lakes and a wonderful community of 3500 people. Simply Bowen has everything you need and nothing you don’t.
  
  We travel extensively both for work and fun and are both originally from Europe. We are looking for an exchange that is about : Nature, Children and Community - with access to everything the city has to offer.
  
  This is easily the most pleasant climate Canada has to offer. With a dry warm summer from May until October - and a rainy but mild winter from November to April. There are many days that you can ski in the morning and swim in the ocean in the evening.
  
  We are looking for a someone(girl) with active driving license.
  
  There is so much more to this opportunity that can be discussed and we are both very happy to answer any questions.

  This exchange would be mostly about our kids, community and beauty of West Coast nature( beautiful beaches and rainforest trails).
  Our family is quite active. Skiing in the winter( mostly on Whistler), sailing through the year and you as a part of our family, are welcome to join us if that's something that interests you. We love sports in general. Basketball( Katka is a former pro basketball player in Europe), tennis, soccer, swimming... You can experience this all here with us, on our "Happy Isle" called Bowen island, which is the closest island from Vancouver. Only 20mins ferry ride, 20 mins bus ride and you are in downtown Vancouver surrounded by everything this multicultural city can offer.
