  We have a lovely girl who is in charge of cooking and serving our guests, and a guy who helps us with hotel maintenance and repairs.
  
  We are the Kiter team !, a charming boutique hotel located in one of the most peaceful and special areas of Máncora’s beaches. 🌴🌊✨
  
  We offer accommodation in a warm, welcoming environment surrounded by nature, as well as the opportunity to become part of a great community with wonderful energy. We enjoy the beach lifestyle, good vibes, and the relaxed spirit of the kitesurfing community.
  
  We are looking for someone who is responsible, friendly, proactive, and positive — someone who enjoys connecting with people from different parts of the world and would love to experience authentic life in Máncora.

  We are looking for friendly, responsible, proactive, and positive people to join our team in Mancora ! 🌴🌊✨
  
  The roles are flexible, and depending on your skills, experience, and the hotel's needs, you may help with different areas, including:
  
  Assist at reception with welcoming guests
  General maintenance and handyman tasks
  Keeping common areas tidy and organized
  Occasionally helping to clean the pool
  
  
  We are a small and friendly team, so we appreciate volunteers who are flexible and happy to help where needed. You don't need to be an expert in everything — a positive attitude, responsibility, and willingness to contribute are very important to us!
  
  The tasks may vary depending on the season, occupancy, and the skills each volunteer can offer.

  Hébergement

  Our hotel in Mancora is a stylish but relaxed boutique hotel, located just meters away from one of the best kitesurfing beaches in South America.
  
  Here, we have created a place where you can enjoy all the comforts of home while feeling safe, relaxed, and surrounded by nature.
  
  Whether you want to kick back in a hammock, enjoy the beach lifestyle, meet people from around the world, or experience some of the most amazing surfing and kitesurfing conditions, our hotel is a special place to enjoy the beauty and energy of northern Peru.
  
  Volunteers will stay in a shared backpacker-style room together with other volunteers.
  
  We provide free accommodation, two meals + ingredients for the third meal, and access to the kitchen to prepare your own meals.
  
  In exchange, we ask for approximately 25 hours of help per week.
  
  The exact schedule and type of work may vary depending on the needs of the hotel and the skills and experience each volunteer can offer. We try to create a fair and flexible arrangement where everyone can contribute in the areas where they feel most comfortable and useful.

  In the 2 days off volunteers can do surfing, diving , we also have a volleyball community . And a kite community , people are very friendly here .
