  Description

  Cute and clean 3 bedroom standalone home w/ washer/dryer and dishwasher. 2 cats located on the north-side of Baltimore City near Northern Parkway and York Road. Free use of men's new bicycle (and gear), and [possibly] vehicle use. Grocery store in walking distance, buses a block away, plenty of dining, activities, shopping, parks, and movies nearby, 45 min bus or bike ride to downtown center. At a major bus intersection.
  
  Stocked freezer and pantry for your full access. Uber and Lyft rides are plentiful as are electric scooters and rentable bicycles throughout the city and neighborhood.
  
  External security cameras only and house security system with direct dial to police and fire services.
  
  Keep the cats alive, the mailbox clear, and don’t burn the house down ;-)
  
  P.S. No parties but if you have a guest visiting that’s fine.

Window air conditioning throughout during spring/summer/fall. Dishwasher and 2 ceiling fans. TV with streaming apps: Netflix; Hulu; Disney+; Prime Video; HBO; Peacock; Paramount+
