We are one of the oldest families that live here in arugambay, East coast of Sri Lanka surrounded by magical nature and biodiversity. We hope to share our life style and customs with people that visit arugambay and our place. We are a concept based sustainable project., That developing more than two decade for the future tourism in Sri Lanka where we hope to provide people with a biodiversity Eco friendly environment with its own unique touch of creation. where our visitors can experience the true nature of arugambay and leave with pleasant state of mind and experience. in the project there is 20 to 35 local employees currently working. your welcome to have great working experience with local culture and natural beauty of true paradise of sri lanka.

Developing and learning an old heritage, sharing the wildlife biodiversity, meditation, yoga. We want to offer a unique experience and connecting with different cultures.

we are looking for active and enthusiastic people to work for us in the required fields mentioned below.
artists - to help with a few murals and other little art works
Builders - for creating interior and construction
gardeners / landscapers - to help with planting
and other help with maintenance.
Workaways are welcome to contact us despite the given fields mentioned we always welcome any type of work.
We are an Eco friendly establishment that is situated in Arugambay which is in the east of SriLanka. Surrounded by beautiful beaches and many surf destinations, cafes and restaurants. Working with us will be worth the experience with a friendly and comfortable environment.

Arugambay has a lot to offer as a biodiversity area there are many options such as untouched beach destinations and wild life around the area as we are close to the border of Yala National park. Arugmanbay is rich in nature and has a lot of places to visit and many interesting experiences to offer. Our property its self is full of nature and a peaceful experience and environment
Besides that we have a selection of restaurants, cafes, grocery stores and ATMs.
transport is easily available which includes public buses that go to other towns or areas in Srilanka. if transport is needed we are always willing to help guide our workaways

The place is really nice, like a fairytale with good coffee.
I did some videos for insta and helped a bit in the café where the guys are so helpful and cheerful.
I wouldn't mind to come back ❤️

The accommodation is perfect for volunteer – private cabana with shower and toilet.
Free meal (always homemade kitchen), but you can cook for yourself, vegetables and fruits are cheep on the local market.
