I know Sweden quite well and its a honor for me to do my best to make you get in touch with the right people. If you have any ideas and hopes to realize any project i might be able to send you to the right places, but of course it depends. I use to see facilities.

Im taking care of an old ship build as a fishingboat in 1944 and reconstructed as a world wide sailor 1970. Its been left for the wind the last ten fifteen years so its really time for a big renovation.
This is gonna be a beautiful and cozy place to stay and a good boat for long journeys in the world. I want to make room for about 10 people to travel, and for cultural projects, music and all kind arts and expression.
Its gonna be a travelling show and an exploration of different places and peoples life. Cultural exchange along the way.

    Built: 1944
    Build in: Halmstad Sweden
    Name: Anita
    Length: 22m
    Width: 6:10m
    Sail area: 200sq
    Engine: Scania DS11 Turbo 340hp
    Gear: SCG MRF700

*️Fix the mooring pollard on the stern port (Check)
*️*️prepare a hole in the hull (Check)
*️*️Get the boat ready for driving: New filters, new zink, new straps, new navigation instruments and back ups, new oils, get back up impeller, fix the electrical connections for: lanterns, signal horn, VHF radio, navigation plotter, clean the tanks fairly, collect diesel, patch a head sail and a jib in case of machine failure, get survival suits for the whole crew, get plenty of extinguishers, first aid kits, lifeboat, extra anchors with long chains, get good visibility 360° from the wheelhouse by fixing the glazing, get enough sealing fat for the shaft, new armed rubber hoses to lead the fat to the shaft, new batteries, cables, charger and a inverter from 12v to 230v as a back up for the bilges, get a fueled and portable generating set for electricity on open water, register the boat in the ship directory, get the boat inspected by a would technician and insured, pay membership for SAR ("Sjöräddningssällskapet" the Swedish Maritime team ore the marine emergency services) refuel, build a VHF antenna, inspect the masts and sails. (Check)
*️*️*️Make myself ready with license to operate big ships: Boatmasters (Check)
*️*️*️*️Grind and seal the whole deck to make the rain stay out (Check)
    *️*️*️*️*️Build a new skylight (Check)

This is the up coming projects for the winter.
*️Moving to another dock - going south. Just a small trip for about three days. (Check)
*️*️Cover the boat for the winter - we are building a double layered tent. (Check)
*️*️*️Cleaning up to the roots- empty the ship to make room for work- that means lifting heavy and a lot.
Then taking out the floorboard, disconnecting water tanks to be able to clean the hull from the inside. That is the big task for the winter i guess. When its naked we are cleaning with a hot high pressure wash, and the same in the engine room. (didn't happen since we had to change the plans after some damage after sailing in stormy weather and also broken gear)
*️*️*️*️Installing a new back up bilge driven by 12V battery (pump) (Check)
*️*️*️*️*️And to not go crazy on never ending stories we mix with small projects, like working on the woods, painting and taking long brakes for meeting people ore have a look around in the area. Make room for life. (Check)

*️Wintertime - No job - (The boat is now back in Gothenburg)
*️*️Last winter when I docked the boat in another city south of Gothenburg we did get some serious problem with the gear - I fairly fixed it and was then able to drive back in the summer but its still an issue - This needs to be fixed - Highest priority - I might have to lift it out and it weighs around 400 pounds ore 200 kg and to do that Ill have to take the boat to a drydock - take out the propeller which has a diameter of 1.60 meters. This is the reason why nothing is happening on the boat this winter - right now I'm collecting money for the up coming program.
But it will soon start again - The plan is to lift the boat and fix the gear in late May -
*️*️*️In june: The deck needs to be sealed nicely. I spent mounts last year to fix it traditionally but after only a year its leaking again. I need to protect the boat from falling apart and its a battle.
I really like the wooden feel but to make it sealed properly in a traditional way ill have to take away the current deck - and - replace the new beams and all timber underneath the wheelhouse, taking of the afterdeck which is like a big throne build about a meter over the origin deck, then damage the construction for aeration of the fuel tanks, disconnect the steering mechanics, then renting a crane to lift away the wheelhouse, rent a warehouse somewhere near the water where i can store everything, cover the boat with tarpaulin, then do everything again but backwards and spend my life away from the beautiful sun light. So I decided to dress it all up with plywood and plastic instead.
*️*️*️*️Then we will see whats up next. I think this will be enough for this summer but hopefully we can get a bit longer in the process so ill let you all know whats on the list

    The upcoming challenges 2018/2019
    1) Make the windlass for the head anchor work correctly
    2) Work on the rig - The masts needs to be inspected deeply - There is three opportunities
2:1 Climb up ore hire a skylift to inspect and renovate
2:2 Hire a crane and a crane driver to lift out the masts for easy renovation
    2:3 Replace te masts
We also need wooden blocks, secure the bowsprit, more cordage. Also patch the sails ore get second hand sails from other ships. And some other thing i don't know the english words for.
    3) I also want to get further with my marine educations. Planning to take the Basic safety course and also the next step in the skipper course which is called
