  Description

  We are an international couple who is always happy to host backpackers and share our beautiful home and local experience in exchange for help on the block, in the garden etc. We're in the Gladstone/Bundaberg region, 45 mn drive from Agnes Water /1770.
  
  We live on 46 acres , views overlooking bushland,5 minutes to local village. The help we require involves clearing up the garden, general tidying up, mulching, planting, digging and weeding. cleaning the chicken coop, etc.
  
  We are looking for a couple, singles and/or friends to join us.
  
  You will require your own transport as there is no public transport. If you’ve got a van/kombi you can even park and camp on the property.
  
  We are offering:
  Free accommodation and meals in exchange for 3-4 hours help per person per day. Max 3-4 days.
  
  We would be very happy for you to stay more than one day and don't mind if you want to do 8 hours 1 day and none the next. We are flexible.
  
  We can offer free short-term accommodation on a sofa bed in the bush kitchen, with access to bathroom, wifi, meals, linen option to wash laundry.
  
  Please note that this is not a paid position, we are offering free accommodation in exchange for some help. We cannot sign off on WHV visas!
  
  This is a non smoking family home (no kids but 2 indoor cats and 7 chickens roaming around). We are early to bed and early to rise. We ask you to respect our home and enjoy it as we do. Definitely not the party place but it's really close to national parks and beaches. Lots of easy day trips from here, and roughly 45 min from Agnes Water/1770.
  
  We will provide the tools. Not too much heavy lifting required.
