  Description

  We are a family living in Ninh Binh, Vietnam. I'm Australian and my husband is Vietnamese so we speak English and Vietnamese. Our house is located right near the famous Trang An Unesco Site and we are running a business in the tourism industry so it's the perfect chance to also explore more of Vietnam.
  
  We have 4 young children ages 9, 7, 5 and 3. So our house can be noisy and chaotic at times. We would love someone with experience in early childhood education or similar experience with kids to help interact and play with our children. Someone that can help guide them and problem solve together when things get messy.
  
  We would love someone that has the ability to organise different activities daily for the kids to enjoy. Our main goal is for someone that can engage the kids and help them to learn through play. We spend a lot of time at our business that has an outdoor area for the kids to play with a small playground next to our veggie gardens and chicken coop.
  
  You will always have someone else nearby to help with the kids, we do not expect you to care for all 4 kids by yourself without any assistance.

  Whilst staying with us you will have the opportunity to experience Vietnamese life and also discover the local area by bicycle or scooter. Many local markets nearby, living in a small local community and enjoying Vietnamese food with our family and also the chance to cook and share your specialty dishes with our family too.
  
  You will be exposed to the Vietnamese language but also comfortable with fluent English speakers as your hosts during your stay.
  
  Ninh Binh is fast becoming a must see destination in Vietnam and with our background in the tourism industry we can help to show you the best places and experiences. Plus we can give you a lot of advice for travel to the rest of Vietnam.

  Aide

  We would love to find someone that can help us to interact, play and create activities for our children. We want you to take the initiative to set up activities with them with the materials we have available and also cleaning up with the children after finishing the activities.
  
  Our children currently do not go to school and spend most of their day outside. Some things they enjoy are riding their bikes, swimming, craft activities, singing, reading, getting dirty in the mud kitchen and lots of pretend play.
  
  We don't have a tv at home and have limited screen time so we expect that you can interact with them without using technology.

  Hébergement

  We have shared dorm accommodation available for short term stays and also private accommodation available for anyone looking to stay for more than one or two months. Both accommodation types have hot water and ac.
  The accommodation will be provided outside of our home so you will be required to travel upto 10kms to our home or to our business. We can provide a bicycle for you to travel to and from our home or business.
  This also gives you the chance to have your own space away from our children when not working.
  [Please note you are still welcome to join us in the home for meals and accompany us if we go out when not your working time]
  We require the time of work to be sometime between the hours of 8am and 5pm for the hours agreed upon.

  Ninh Binh has plenty of tourist sites for you to explore in your time off which are accessible by bicycle or scooter. During your stay we will provide you with a bicycle to get around the area. We can also help to arrange a scooter at a discounted rate if you prefer over bicycle.
  
  We expect that applicants will have some experience working with children before, calm in nature and have a love of adventure to share with our children. We would prefer applicants with a background or degree related to early childhood development or similar.
