Ballet or English teacher for projects to help save lives through dance in Cap Haitien, Haiti

  Description

  I am a dancer, dance teacher, choreographer and artistic director and founder of this project. I have 3 children I live in cap Haitian in the north of Haiti dancing is my everything and I am saving lives thru dance. Here we provide orphans and homeless teenagers the necessary resources to keep them off the streets. We train them in Haitian folkloric and modern dance forms. These accessible activities and services are provided daily for free in the city of Jacmel, Haiti. The students are immersed into the world of dance, allowing them to learn what it takes to be a professional performing artist, choreographer and/or dance Instructor. They also gain experience by touring as performers across the country of Haiti. We maximize the potential of our youth by exposing them to the rich traditional and contemporary aspects of Haitian culture through the lens of the performing arts.

  they will learn about the culture in any type of way , learning creole , learning haitian dance , traditional songs, druming , vodou talk , visiting historical places , visiting vodou temple and lakou , meeting with vodou priest.

  need a volunteer ballet teacher and english teacher who can help the Haitian children achieve their goals and to help them become the great ballerinas they have always dreamed of.
