  This is a hidden gem in the mountains, a few blocks from the center and the boardwalk, the location is perfect, central but at the same time far enough away from the noise of the center. The ocean views from every angle of the house are spectacular, the mornings are fresh and the sea breeze is wonderful, you can see the scarlet sunsets every day from this cozy hidden gem. The house is clothing optional, so if you like to practice nudism, feel free to be yourself. The neighborhood is a very interesting mix of local people and foreigners, which makes it a very interesting neighborhood, there are many places around to visit, cafes, bars and restaurants. You will also find the beach just 4 blocks from the house, it is undoubtedly a place where you can create new experiences and friends.
  
  Eso es una joya escondida en la montaña , a unas cuantas cuadras del centro y del malecón , la ubicación es perfecta , céntrica pero a la vez lo suficiente retirado del ruido del centro .
  Las vistas al océano desde todos los ángulos de la casa son espectaculares, las mañanas son frescas y la brisa Del Mar es maravillosa , los atardeceres escarlatas los podrás contemplar cada día desde esta acogedora gema escondida.
  La casa es clothing optional, asi Que si a ti te gusta practicar el nudismo , siéntete libre de ser tú mismo.
  El vecindario es un mix muy interesante de personas locales y de extranjeros, lo que hace un barrio bastante interesante , hay muchos lugares al rededor para conocer , cafeterías , bares y restaurantes .
  También encontrarás la playa a solo 4 cuadras de la casa , sin duda es un lugar en dónde podrás crear nuevas experiencias y amigos.

  I cook all the time, and I love Mexican food, I would be happy to show you a couple of recipes and cook together. In their free time they can go to the mountains, hike the river or also visit the beaches we have in the port, the botanical garden could also be an option.
  
  Yo cocino todo el tiempo , y la comida mexicana me encanta , yo encantado podría mostrar un par de recetas y cocinar juntos. En su tiempo libre pueden ir a la montaña , hacer hike al rio o también visitar las playas que tenemos en el puerto , el jardín botánico también podría ser una opción.

  In the house there are two rooms in which I receive guests, one of the main things I would like is to receive help checking in and checking out guests, changing/washing sheets and towels, baller, mopping, dusting, among other activities . It would also be important to keep the house clean and organized, a few hours a day are enough to keep it in order, since there is almost no clutter. The housekeeping role can be very flexible, depending on the number of reservations coming in. It would also be very helpful from time to time to keep the plants watered, especially when I go out of town, as well as taking care of my two dogs, Arizona and Pulguita, this help would only apply when I go on a trip!
  
  En la casa hay dos habitaciones en las que recibo huéspedes, una de las principales cosas que me gustaría, es recibir ayuda haciendo check in y check out de los huéspedes,
  Cambiar/lavar sábanas y toallas , barrer , trapear , sacudir , entre otras actividades.
  También sería importante mantener la casa limpia y organizada , unas cuantas horas al día son suficientes para mantenerla en orden , ya que casi no hay desorden .
  El rol de limpieza puede ser muy flexible , dependiendo del número de reservas que entren.
  También sería de mucha ayuda regar mis plantas 3 veces a la semana y al igual que darle de comer a mis dos perras , Arizona y Pulguita !

  The type of accommodation is a private room, with a very comfortable single bed, a ceiling fan and a closet to store your things, the bathroom and shower are shared with me.
  
  El tipo de alojamiento es una habitación privada , con cama individual muy cómoda , un ventilador de techo y un closet para que guarde sus cosas , el baño y la ducha son compartidos conmigo
