  Description

  Our farm is situated in South Gippland, 15 minutes from Leongatha.. We run a regenerative farm with 200 breeding ewes and an active agritourism business. We are often not on the farm ourselves but have elderly family members who live here in their own house.
  We have horses you can ride, a ute you can use and some lamb meat to eat!

  Aide

  We are wanting a Workawayer to manage the turnaround service for our three cabins. We can pay you $25 an hour plus super for the hours you work managing the cabins each week. That would likely be 10 to 20 hours each week. The hours are generally between 11 and 3pm and the days would vary. Depending on your skills and capabilities there may be some other work available as well. We can offer payslips if you are wanting to work towards your 88 days but the pay would be based on how many cabins needed cleaning. The cabins are modern and easy to clean taking most people an hour per clean.
  You are welcome to help out around the farm with other activities if you wanted to learn some other skills like animal husbandry and more.

  Hébergement

  You would have your own room, separate to the farm house. A shared bathroom is provided. The room is very comfortable with a quality double bed, table and chairs, heater, wardrobe and lighting. There is also a sofa which can become another bed if you have friends over. The kitchen is also shared with us when we are at the farm which can be 2-5 days per week depending on our schedules.
  
  We an offer you unlimited internet, a ute if you don't have a car, towels, bed linen, some food items including some meat and heating.
  We can work out meals but as we are not there all the time we would expect you to be able to cook for yourself for most meals.

  Wilson's prom, Venus Bay, Inverloch, La Trobe Valley and there is a regular bus from Leongatha to Melbourne. We also have lost of wildlife, walking tracks and local bush walks.
  We would expect you to shower and be clean and presentable in case you interact with our guests.
  We would teach you how to drive the vehicles to get to the cabins so some driving skills would be useful.
  You would need intermediate English to be able to communicate with us face to face, via phone and text message.
  The cabins are small and compact so we would expect you to be able to clean a cabin to a specific quality standard within 60 to 90 minutes after your training period, unless the cabin is exceptionally dirty .
  The work is reasonable physically demanding.
