  Description

  I am a self employed artist. My family lives on the Sunshine Coast right beside the ocean. We love to cook and I love to bake a lot. We eat well but work a lot. There is always something to do around the house. We play pickleball, workout, go for walks, boat rides, we always have good food around no matter what we do. Very family oriented lifestyle.

  I am from Tsmsyen descent. Also Haida. My partner is Finnish. We cook and bake a lot of seafood and pies. I speak little of my language but I live and breathe my culture. I share beliefs and stories and sometimes songs. The artwork I create is only formline indigenous art of the Pacific Northwest coast bc origins.

  Aide

  I would like some help with a few different things around the house inside and outside. I have a new toddler. So basic things like house cleaning or watering plants. Sometimes there are art projects. And weeding outside during the spring/summer. Sometimes if there are art projects I need help with you would learn a lot about the Pacific Northwest coast culture about the very first peoples of Canada. People travel the world to come see me. Sometimes I need help getting art together to ship out around the world.

  I speak only English. I know very little of my native language but I can share very few words. We’ve been learning German language from previous work awayers who stay at my father in laws.

  Hébergement

  There is a bed in the guest room basement suite also offering a private bathroom with a walk in shower.
  Breakfast is usually around 9/10.
  We are not vegans.
  Definite dairy allergy.
  My son naps around 11:30/12 for two hours so lunch time is very quiet.
  I prefer dinner @4:30 or 5.
  In the spring summer my son and I go to sleep around 7pm. But we are awake before the sun. You will hear his little footsteps running around early in the mornings.

  There are local hiking trails.
  There’s a gym at the swimming pool where you could workout.
  We prefer non smokers.
  Must be good with children.
  I like to keep a clean home.
  Inside and outside as I have guests daily from all over the world. With my job being home based this place can sometimes get busy.
  We don’t have pets.
