Ciao worksawayers!
We are a family of 4 including Claudio (51), Michela (50), and our 2 kids Goia and Angelo (11 and 13 years old). We moved from Venice to Tuscany 14 years ago because we wanted to change lives: looking for a contact with nature and try to make a travel towards self sufficiency. Now we live in the nature and have a house in the countryside with a little piece of land: we use wood to cook, produce warm water and for heating. We warmly welcome you!
We are ideally looking for a person with a chatty, fun personality and a good sense of humour. Experience isn't essential but he/she must love spending time with children.
At the moment we want our children learn a bit of a second language: english or french or spanish. We would also like abit of help around the house and outdoor. In return we offer a welcoming family, tasty meals and cultural exchange.
Our interests include sightseeing, permaculture and socializing with friends who we visit at weekends. We look forward to hearing from you!

We are in the nature, so you won't find pubs, restaurant, night life ... Maybe some wild boars :-)
If you want to relax yourself and get out of the city stress, Join us!!
We are near the sea, near Pisa (30 minutes by car) where there is the famous leaning Tower, Lucca, Livorno (15 minutes by car), Castiglioncello.
The train station is about 30 minutes by car from our home, we can take you there or go around together on your day off if you want!
We can also lend you a bike to go around the hills in the neighborhood (or take walks).

Alexis è un lavoratore infaticabile, dotato di iniziativa ed autonomia. Ci ha aiutato a tagliare alcuni alberi ed a pulire un fossato. È stato facile capirsi perché parla un ottimo italiano. È un ragazzo molto sportivo ed ha cucinato anche un buonissimo tiramisù.
