  Description

  Hi this is Marcel, Sunny and Gabi. We are 3 germans living close to Benissa at the Costa Blanca in Spain.
  
  We are living off grid, quite remote at a mountain top at the Costa Blanca.
  The 3 of us are sharing a 20.000 m2 piece of land in the middle of nature. Gabi is living in a beautiful stone house while Marcel and i live in a caravan. Next neighbour and traffic is at least 2 km away.
  
  As Gabi is travelling a lot during the day due to her job, we (Sunny and Marcel) would take over the guidance and organisation of the tasks to be done. This land offers an almost endless source of work, but it is also a paradise for creative ideas and their implementation. We are very creative ourselves but are always happy to receive new inspiration and skills.
  
  We currently need help on our land, with minor renovation and maintenance work (mainly woodwork and painting), gardening, creative design work and possibly animal care. We are looking for helpers who can work independently and are reliable. Knowledge of mural painting, mosaics, creative woodworking or permaculture would be excellent, but not a must.
  If you are a healer, coach or therapist please let us know. That would be also very interesting for us.
  
  As we live in a very remote location, you should like peace, silence and solitude. Even though there are three of us living here, we are friends but not a community. However, we are still open to the occasional cooking/dinner together or an evening around the campfire.
  Side note: We prefer couples (or friends), as we experienced with some travellers that it can quickly get lonely or boring for single people up here.
  
  Having your own car or means of transport would be an advantage (for you), but not a must. As I said, we live on a mountain top and it is 2 km to the next village, 5 km to the next supermarket and about 13 km to the beach. The path up here is easy to walk, but steep. By request we can take you to the shops or bring something for you from the supermarket.
  
  During your stay you can enjoy the silence and nature and discover loads of hidden gems (if you like to hike). There are also giant donkeys and sheeps aswell as chicken and cats and a dog living at this place. And if you want to take the sheeps for a walk they will enjoy it probably the same as you.
  If you have allergies to animals, this is probably not the right place for you, as the dog and cats will probably visit you frequent.
  
  About us:
  Marcel is the creative craftsman who likes to recycle and upcycle. He can literally turn ‘rubbish into sweets'. He has lived here for many years and has built and created most of what is up here.
  Sanny's heart beats for plants, herbs, medicinal plants and self-sufficiency from her own garden (but she's not there yet). She is also very creative and can rarely agree on a single project. But she also loves silence and solitude.
  Gabi is the owner of the property and you could probably describe her as a 'flippy alt-hippie'. She is always ready to help and is always on the move.

  Echange culturel et opportunités d'apprendre

  Each of us has it's own gifts and set of skills. So if you are interested we are happy to share our knowledge with you, for example with the animals, the garden, medicinal plants, handicrafts, upcycling, woodwork etc.
  
  Our home is a paradise, on top of a mountain surrounded by nature. The stillness here is incredible. If you love nature, being outside and/or you need a bit of quiet or deceleration then you are right with us.
  You reach the beaches and beautiful bays in 20 min by car, you actually have seaview from our terrace. Next town and (grocery) shopping is just 5 km away.
  
  If you bring your own car (transportation), you will find a million things to discover. We have a vibrant surrounding here at the Costa Blanca. If you like to hike then you are at the right place. Pink salt lakes, turquoise mountain lakes, the mediterranean see, beaches, bays, mountains, mtb trails, caves, waterfalls... whatever your heart desires you will find it in direct vicinity or max. 100 km radius.

We are looking for helpers who can work independently and are reliable. Knowledge of mural painting, mosaics, creative woodworking or permaculture would be excellent, but not a must.
  If you are a healer, coach or therapist please let us know. That would be also very interesting for us.
  
  The working hours would be 3 hours/day, 5 days a week, preferably in the mornings, although we are also flexible.
  
  It will be helpful if you love nature, a remote setting is not a problem for you and if you don't have own dogs with you (depend on the dog there might be exceptions as we have so many animals living here at the land).
  A car/own transportation would be an advantage for yourself.

  Hébergement

  During your time with us, you will be living in a trailer that we have recently reformed into a tiny house and named it IKIGAI. There you have a small kitchen, a comfortable double bed and a cosy living area. You also have a large outdoor space. The shower and toilet are approx. 50 metres away.
  
  In case you are coming with your own Van, we have a big parking. So there will be enough space for it and we will provide water and energy. But we will not provide any food or meals.

  Autres infos...

  Denia and Benidorm are quite famous because they have a lot to offer, also in the winter season. Restaurants, sky bars, thermal baths, escape rooms, catamaran excursions, cinemas, bars and discos.
  We are located fairly centrally between Alicante and Valencia. If you want to explore the cities, you have about +/- 100km to drive.
  
  Here at the land we have no internet connection. We use 4G from our mobile phones and the hotspot. The speed is good but not 100% stabile.
