Description
My son Ivan and I, Jordi, are looking for a helper to share our apartment next to the beach in Segur de Calafell, with so that she can help us with the English language and we can help her with Spanish. From July 2025 to September 2026 would be perfect, but two weeks stay is the minimum.
Basically you will have to be with Ivan, at home, and taking him to the beach or to the park, and playing with him, approximately 5 hours a day, 5 days a week, including the time collaborating with the house tasks, half of the period in the morning, and another half in the afternoon. The rest of the time is free.
You will be part of our little family as much as you want, we can teach you the customs and traditions of the area and take you to know it. We hope to meet you soon!
A written au pair agreement is made.
The 5 hours over 5 days include time spent helping with household tasks.
A private room, bed linen, towels, food, and a small financial allowance are provided.
If you are coming from a country outside the European Union, you may need a visa.

Calafell is a seaside tourist town, 1 hour from Barcelona. The apartment is located just 100 meters from the beach, next to shops and restaurants, and features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It’s possible to go to and from Barcelona city in just 1 hour by train. The train station is less than 10 minutes away from the house.
We would love to welcome you to help us with English, and in return, we’ll welcome you with Spanish! You’ll be part of our family as much as you’d like—joining us on our daily outings and interacting with local people. We’ll introduce you to our culture, traditions, and delicious local food.

It’s possible to go to and from Barcelona city in just 1 hour by train. The train station is less than 10 minutes away from the house.
You’ll have your own bedroom, fully equipped with everything you need, including sheets and towels. I’ll provide the food for the house and also take care of the cooking. You’re welcome to eat with us, or you can cook and eat whenever it’s most convenient for you.

Calafell is a popular beach tourist area, especially busy in the summer. The beaches are large and beautiful, with plenty of shops and restaurants, as well as areas for nightlife. You can walk everywhere.
