Description
Hello, I currently live alone on my small farm with 3 stables for goats, geese, ducks and rabbits. It's quiet here in winter, apart from feeding and renovating the house
I also have a dog shelter and rescue with 10 dogs and 6 cats.
I hope you are interested in a cultural exchange and willing to live a healthy lifestyle. Food will be shared according to everyone s needs.
There is space for 2 people.
There's not much to do. A nice opportunity for you to go for a walk with my dogs (rescue dogs) on the river or in the forest or to go fishing etc. So far it has been around 10 degrees, last year there was hardly any snow except in JANUARY. It's flat land like Denmark. 130 away from Belgrade. You would have a room (2 people would have space, possibly children), how to heat with wood and electric radiators and FOOD is provided according to your needs. I can cook vegan to roast and meat dishes for meat lovers. From 28.11. the orthodox Lent begins, but I would cook extra for my guests. I would be very happy about a lot of letters and hope for a lot of commitment (you could plant a garden here from spring, grow corn, wheat if you are interested and let an organic farm come into being). I'm also interested in common ideas like permaculture or the like. Anyone who can speak Russian is a plus, because I would like to learn Russian and I could offer a language exchange for Italian, French, Serbian, English or German. My goal is to set up an organic farm and be able to live off the products alone. Would also have room for digital nomads working from home on PC as the exchange does not require full time work.
Ich lebe zur Zeit alleine auf meiner kleinen Farm mit 3 Ställen für Ziegen , Gänse , Enten und Hasen. Es ist im Winter ruhig hier , ausser Füttern und Haus renovieren steht nicht viel an. Für Euch eine schöne Möglichkeit mit meinen Hunden ( rescue dogs) am Fluss oder im Wald spazieren zu gehen oder zu Angeln etc. Bisher hat es um die 10 Grad , letztes Jahr gab es kaum Schnee ausser im JANUAR
. Es ist halt Flachland so wie Dänemark. 130 entfernt von Belgrad. Ihr hättet ein Zimmer ( 2 Personen hätten Platz evtl Kinder), wie heizen mit Holz und Stromradiatoren und für ESSEN ist gesorgt nach Euren Bedürfnissen. Ich kann Vegan kochen bis Braten und Flieschgerichte für Fleischliebhaber. Ab 28.11. beginnt die orthodoxe Fastenzeit , ich würde aber extra Kochen für meine Gäste. Auf fb findet ihr mich unter. Ich würde mich sehr über viele Zuschriften freuen und hoffe auf reichlich Engagement ( Man könnte ab Frühjahr hier einen Garten anlegen , Mais , Weizen anbauen bei Interesse und eine Biofarm entstehen lassen). Bin an gemeinsamem Ideen wie Permakultur oder Ähnlichem auch interessiert. Wer Russisch kann hat einen Pluspunkt, da ich gerne russisch lernen möchte und ich eine Sorachaustausch anbieten könnte für Italienisch, Französisch,Serbisch, Englisch oder Deutsch. Mein Ziel ist es eine Biofarm aufzubauen und von den Produkten alleine leben zu können. Hätte auch Platz für digital Nomads , die von zu Hause am PC arbeiten, da der Austausch keine Vollzeitarbeit erfordert.

I've traveled the world and speak 5 languages, so I offer a multicultural atmosphere. I'm open to all nationalities, but a long-term commitment would be nice or just a holiday/living against hand for at least 2 months.
Ich bin die ganze Welt bereist und spreche 5 Sprachen , deswegen biete ich eine Multikultiathmosphäre. Bin offen für alle Nationalitäten, aber Langzeitcommitment wäre schön oder einfach Urlaub/ Wohnen gegen Hand auf mindestens 2 Monate.
Aide
Dog adoption experience is a plus as I rescue dogs and find them homes. Permaculture experience and craftsmanship a big plus! Person who is able to do physical work likenplugging weeds in the veggie garden and milking goats is a must. I can teach how to make cheese.
Work would be 6 hours a day. The walls need to be repainted in 2 rooms e.g.

The house is a bit older with 2 wooden items, a bathroom, a living room, bedroom and guest room. The kitchen is also in the living room. The terrace and the courtyard are inhabited by 8 dogs, 2 of which are also allowed in the living room. So it's 10 years old and a bit weak, she usually lies on the couch. In the backyard are the stables with the goats and geese etc. In the granary are the 5 cats. I think it's important that everything is clean, but it's not super comfortable by German standards. The house is in need of renovation and employees with practical experience are more than welcome.
Das Haus ist etwas älter mit 2 Holzwaren ausgestattet, einem Bad , einem Wohnzimmer , Schlafzimmer und Gästezimmer. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich auch sie Küche. Die Terasse und der Hof werden von 8 Hunden bewohnt , von denen 2 auch ins Wohnzimmer dürfen. Also ist 10 Jahre und etwas schwach , sie liegt meistens auf der Couch. Im Hinterhof sind die Ställe mit den Ziegen und Gänsen etc. Auf dem Kornspeicher die 5 Katzen. Ich finde ws wichtig, dass Alles sauber ist , es ist aber nicht nach deutschem Standard super komfortabel. Das Haus ist renovierungsbedurftig und Mitarbeiter mit handwerklicher Erfahrung sind mehr als willkommen.

I go to Belgrade once a week and there is a lot to do there. The river Sava near the house offers fishing opportunities as well as employment for Lagotto Romagnolo training for truffle hunting. In good season there are many white and black truffles, so dog trainers are welcome! Here you can accompany the goats on the meadows, walk the dogs, swim in the summer and attend a language course. Stops in nearby Bosnia and much more.
Ich fahre einmal die Woche nach Belgrad und dort gibt es sehr viel zu unternehmen. Der Fluss Sava in der Nähe vom Haus bietet Angelmöglichkeiten genauso wie Beschäftigung für Lagotto Romagnolodressur zur Trüffelsuche hier gibt es in guter Saison viele Trüffel weisse wie schwarze also Hundedresseure sind herzlich willkommen ! Man kann hier die Ziegen auf die Wiesen begleiten, Hunde spazieren führen , im Sommer schwimmen und einen Sprachkurs besuchen. Stoppen im nahen Bosnien und Vieles mehr.
