Volunteers will play a key role in supporting our initiatives to promote climate change awareness in schools and empower women through green jobs. Tasks will be diverse and collaborative, allowing volunteers to contribute to organizing workshops, creating educational materials, leading discussions, and engaging with local communities. Volunteers will work closely with team members to design and implement activities that inspire students and communities to take action on climate change and explore sustainable career opportunities.
Throughout these tasks, volunteers will have the opportunity to share their skills and knowledge, whether it's in public speaking, project management, social media outreach, or environmental education. The team-based nature of the work fosters an environment of continuous learning, where volunteers can learn from each other’s experiences and build new competencies in climate advocacy and empowerment strategies.
