  Description

  Hello! I'm Roro (29) and together with my partner Ely (30) we are starting out in the world of volunteering! At the moment we have a profile on a different hospitality where we have hosted more than 12 travelers in the last year. It was through endless conversations and recommendations that we came to know about WorkAway. We are open to knowing other apps and places where we can cooperate with travelers. We currently have a house on a plot of land in Villa La Angostura, Neuquén province, Argentina, 200 meters from the main avenue and center of the town, 300 meters from the bus terminal, there is a grocery store 20 meters away, close to the medical center and hospital, with access to public transportation, taxi and remisse availability. We are looking for help to refurbish a house, start a camping project, restore an old motor home, and many more things! We frequently organize fun activities.   Hola! Soy Roro (29) y junto a mi compañera Ely (30) estamos iniciándonos en el mundo de los voluntariados!
  
  Al momento tenemos un perfil de couchsourfing en el cual hemos alojado a mas de 12 viajeros en el último año. De interminables charlas y recomendaciones fue que llegamos a conocer WorkAway. Estamos abiertos a conocer otras app y sitios donde cooperar con viajeros.
  
  Actualmente tenemos una casa en un terreno en Villa La Angostura, provincia de Neuquén, Argentina, a 200 metros de la avenida principal y centro de la localidad, a 300 metros de la terminal de ómnibus, hay una despensa a 20 metros, cerca de centro medico y hospital, con acceso a transporte publico, disponibilidad de taxi y remisse.
  
  Estamos buscando ayuda para refaccionar una casa, comenzar un proyecto de camping, restaurar una antigua casa rodante, y muchas cosas más!

  There is a family garden and composting project at home, we can teach you everything we know about it and maybe include it in your daily routine. We also know about medicinal plants in the area. - We are both musicians with knowledge of the Violin, Guitar and other instruments. We can help you learn the basics and create music. - I can teach you from my knowledge in the trades of basic carpentry, welding and blacksmithing, electricity, plumbing (water and gas). - We speak a few languages, but we are available to teach you Argentine Spanish! - Ely makes art with recycling, she can teach you her techniques and works.
  Hay en casa un proyecto de huerta familiar y compostaje, podemos enseñarte todo lo que sabemos de ello e incluirlo quizá en la rutina diaria. Además conocemos sobre plantas medicinales de la zona.
  - Ambos somos músicos con conocimiento en Violín, Guitarra y otros instrumentos. Podemos ayudarte a aprender lo básico y crear música.
  - Puedo enseñarte desde mi conocimientos en los oficios de carpintería básica, soldadura y herrería, electricidad, fontanería (agua y gas).
  - Hablamos pocos idiomas, pero estamos a disposición de enseñarte español argentino!
  - Ely hace arte con reciclaje, puede enseñarte sus técnicas y obras.

  Aide

  We always have a lot of projects in mind, so we don't have enough time and hands to complete them, and this is where we need your help! :D Currently we have three major projects: - Improve our house, to make the most of the spaces and be able to receive more volunteers - Reorganize and give a harmonious distribution to the land with the aim of making a mini camping/glamping or dormitory project with the capacity to receive volunteers and generate connections. - Recondition a mobile home that is more than 20 years old, defining a style inside and out, with the aim of using it for mini outings or gastronomic or tourist purposes. We have a detailed list of things to do and it is not mandatory to have knowledge, nor will you be assigned a task that you are not comfortable with, everything is discussed beforehand. They are always simple things and you will be accompanied in the process, your role will generally be assistance/support. - No additional payments are offered but considering the task and duration we can coordinate and provide healthy snacks, drinks, mate, etc. in between. to be agreed. We do not provide food, but sometimes we make a special barbecue/meal for those of us who are there. Tasks can be: - Agriculture, gardening. - Organization of exterior/interior spaces. - Painting. - Carpentry assistance. - Blacksmith assistance. - Light masonry assistance.
  
  Siempre tenemos muchos proyectos en mente, por lo que no nos alcanzan nuestras manos y tiempo para concretarlos, y es aquí donde necesitamos de tu ayuda! :D
  Principalmente al día de hoy tenemos tres grandes proyectos:
  - Mejorar nuestra casa, para aprovechar al máximo los espacios y poder recibir a mas voluntarios
  - Reorganizar y darle una distribución armónico al terreno con el objetivo de hacer un proyecto de un mini camping/glamping o dormis con capacidad de recibir voluntarios y generar conexiones.
  - Reacondicionar una casilla rodante de mas de 20 años definiéndole un estilo al interior y exterior, con el objetivo de usarla para mini salidas o fines gastronómicos o turísticos.
  
  Tenemos una lista detallada de las cosas que hay para hacer y no es obligatorio tener conocimientos, tampoco se te asignará una tarea con la que no estés cómodo/a, todo se habla previamente.
  Son siempre cosas simples y vas a estar acompañado/a en el proceso, tu rol generalmente será de asistencia/apoyo.
  
  - No se ofrecen pagos adicionales pero considerando la tarea y duración podemos coordinar y brindar entretiempos de snack saludable, bebidas, mate etc. a convenir. No proporcionamos comida, pero a veces hacemos un asado/comida especial para los que estamos.
  
  Las tareas pueden ser de:
  - Agricultura, jardinería.
  - Organización de espacios exteriores/interiores.
  - Pintura.
  - Asistencia en carpintería.
  - Asistencia en herrería.
  - Asistencia en albañilería liviana.

  Hébergement

  Today, after sharing, reflecting and chatting with travelers from different places (each with their previous experiences), based on their advice and opinions, we have decided to write some considerations and issues of coexistence, so that the day to day in our home is a pleasant and harmonious experience between the cats, us, the neighbors and future visitors. Currently our economic situation does not allow us to help other people financially, so we will ask that each one manages his/her own things (personal hygiene, medications, food, etc.). With all travelers we have reached an agreement of exchange, reciprocity: We provide them with a mattress with a pillow, sheets and blankets in a space inside the house to sleep, depending on availability it can be a semi-private place or a common area, always heated, with the opportunity to use the bathroom, living room and kitchen facilities. In exchange we ask that you help with the daily cleaning of the house (we clean together) and if possible do some specific mini routine task. Mini routine tasks: These are not specific to travelers, we do them too, it is not mandatory to do all of them, but they add to the daily routine of living in a house. -
  The weekly collaboration time should not exceed 15 hours. If we exceed this limit, we will organise a barbecue or vegetarian/vegan meal for the team.
  
  Al día de hoy, luego de compartir, reflexionar y charlar con viajeros de distintos lugares (cada uno con sus vivencias previas), partiendo de sus consejos y opiniones, hemos decidido escribir algunas consideraciones y cuestiones de convivencia, para que el día a día en nuestro hogar sea una experiencia grata y armoniosa entre los michis, nosotros, los vecinos y los futuros visitantes.
  
  Actualmente nuestra situación económica no nos permite ayudar económicamente a otras personas, por lo que pediremos que cada uno/a gestione sus propias cosas (aseo personal, medicaciones, comida, etc).
  
  Con todos los viajeros hemos llegado a algún acuerdo de intercambio, reciprocidad:
  
  Nosotros les brindamos un colchón con almohada, sabanas y frazadas en un espacio dentro casa para dormir, dependiendo la disponibilidad puede ser un lugar semi privado o área común, siempre calefaccionado, con la oportunidad de usar las instalaciones de baño, living y cocina. A cambio pedimos que ayuden en la limpieza diaria de la casa (limpiamos todos juntos) y en lo posible hacer alguna mini tarea específica rutinaria.
  La colaboración en tiempo semanal no debiera superar las 15 horas. Si pasamos ese límite, organizaremos un asado o comida vegetariana/vegana para el equipo

  We often coordinate boat trips, kayaking, car rides, mini car rides to trails, or short trips to nearby places and towns with travelers. In exchange, we ask for help with a specific task or, if necessary and you agree, to split expenses. We love making plans together to go hiking! There are many beaches and freshwater lakes to visit, rivers, waterfalls, and hiking trails. Many of them are within easy access/short distance.
  
  Frecuentemente coordinamos con los viajeros salidas en lancha, uso del kayak, paseos en auto, mini traslados en auto a senderos o viajecitos a lugares y pueblos cercanos. A cambio pedimos colaboración con hacer alguna tarea específica o si fuera necesario y estás de acuerdo, hacer división de gastos.
  
  Nos encanta hacer planes juntos para salir a caminar!
  
  Hay muchísimas playas de lagos de agua dulce para visitar, rios, cascadas y senderos para subir cerros. Muchos de ellos de fácil acceso/corta distancia.
