Help me maintain my house and explore the mountains in Saint Pierre d'Albigny, France

  Description

  In the North of the French Alps, 20 km West from Albertville, at the foot of the 'Château de Miolans', a castle that started being built in the10th century, after the Romans had been there, is a small hamlet where my grandfather was born, back in the 19th century. I try to maintain the house and to upgrade it to 21st century standards. I even acquired the adjoining house, since the municipality wanted to break it down to make a parking place. The roof has been made a couple of years ago, and now inside has to be fit up, there are just walls.
  
  This summer, 2023, in July, I'd need help to make a form to pour concrete in above a wall, inside, to make a lintel and to reinforce that wall.
  
  Carpenters are welcome, but the job doesn't need lots of skills, I can explain and train on the spot.
  
  The household has to be run as well, I do it mostly, since I live alone, but if someone would care for it, I'd have more time to do the building ;-).
  
  There are plenty opportunities in the neigbourghood for leisure and relaxing, swimming (a lake 3 km away), cycling (flat in the plain, or up and down the mountains), hiking, paragliding, fishing, and discovering the specific area with its very special wines and culture...
  
  I am an intercultural trainer, and a French language trainer as well, so I have quite a lot to propose in exchange of your work.
  
  I have a car (a Renault Kangoo), with which I can fetch you from /bring you to the station Saint-Pierre d'Albigny, check on the map, as well 3 km away.
  There is an e-bike, with about 20 km autonomy (is quite old), an a plain old (good old 60's), still well performing woman bike (good gear shift).
  
  The house has 3 sleeping rooms, one downstairs, with a double bed and an alcôve where one or eventualy 2 persons (children?) can sleep.
  There are 2 sleeping rooms upstairs, with a double bed each, but you have get along the one to get into the other, so there is a not very convenient lack of privacy if these both rooms are used by people who don't know each other.
  Most of the time the guest room is on the first floor.
  Still, if you come with your family, and have more kids, I can switch to the guest room and leave the 2nd floor to you.
  Further on the 1st floor is a kitchen, a back kitchen that give acces to the guest room, the stairs to the 2nd floor, a shower, and a toilet, what makes the house a bit oddly laid out but surprising...

  I'll provide you with any food you want (within a reasonable range, like don't expect lobster in the mountains ;-)). Meat, fissh, vegetarian, vegan, etc.
  Ik can cook quite well. If you want to cook yourself, you are welcome. If you wanna cook for the whole household, together with cleaning the house, that will be your job, 4-5 hours a day...
