  Description

  Hello !
  
  We are are a groupe of 5 friends (+ 2 dogs, a cat and chickens) living together on the country side in Dordogne, France. We live on an a farm where we share the house and sleep in our individual cabins spread around 1H of land.
  
  Tanguy is our ingeneer hyper inventive and repair everything guy. Léa is a carpenter and cabinet maker. Katinka is a creative soul and tattoo artist. Zoé works at the local thrift store and makes sure we always have some homebaked cookies around and Jeanne works for the regional park, making sure we are moving towards a more ecological future.
  
  Each one of us go about with our projects around the house. We have an abundant vegetable garden, we renovate the house and plan on building more cabins on the land. We are very chill and easy going and while we have many things going on we also know how to enjoy life and have fun. We live in beautiful nature with easy access to rivers and forests.
  
  We live in an area that is buzzing with energy and there is always people passing by or events to participate in in the local community. We are rarely bored!
  
  We are quite social but also enjoy our private time which is why we have individual cabins. We eat most of our meals together and take turn cooking.
  
  Current projects:
  Helping Tanguy with the vegetable garden, help making the house and garden cosy and nice. We are open to initiatives and if you feel inspired to create your own project to improve the place, we are totally open

  Learn about growing vegetables. We have an abundant garden during certain times of the year.
  
  You can learn about wood working, diy projects. We have also built some cob cabins on the land and might build some more.
  
  We do many different things; repair bikes, wildlife photography, music,
  
  Experience French rural life. We live in a dynamic place where lots of projects are being kick-started in the locat communities. Depending on the season there different activities such as concerts, food markets, festivals..

  Help with daily chores depending on the season (feeding the chickens, fruit picking, cooking, making preserves for the winter)

  Hébergement

  A caravan or beds in the main house depending on the season. Shared dried toilets, kitchen and bathroom.
  We eat lunch and dinners together. We take turn cooking. We eat mostly vegetarian.

  Autres infos...

  We live 5 min from the nearest train station. from there you can take the train to Perigueux or Limoges which are the two main cities nearby. The train also goes to Bordeaux.
  
  We have bikes available for you to explore the surroundings. We have lots of nature around and we love going to the river all year around.
  
  Our region is known for its many castles and charming villages.
