  This project is not only a workspace. But it is also part of our family, because with each person who comes to Palú we seek to connect with their essence and their inner self, in order to generate openness of consciousness and an elevation of energy frequencies. Thus; not only the person who arrives, but also we as a family in Palú, we find physical and emotional changes in our lives. Since there is an exchange of knowledge, experiences and energies between the people living in Palú (who are a father, two sisters and an uncle) and the new being who wants to share in this space.
  
  It should be noted that here in Palú, several projects are being developed, such as; Vermiculture, beekeeping, bird watching, meditative, contemplative and relaxation spaces, species maintenance, among others. Which are aimed at human ecology. Some of these are already completed and others are in process.

  Hébergement

In this way, at the beginning of the day, we drink a glass of hot water with honey and lemon, in order to raise our defenses. Then we have a glass of smoothie with diuretics, cereals, fries, vegetables and vegetable proteins. At noon we eat a hello of Sampa (non-perishable food, which contains the 7 grains) with a glass of juice or yogurt (without sugar). In the afternoon we have lunch and in the evening a meal.
