  Description

  I am looking for a person to support my husband while I work. He had another MS relapse (multisclerosis relapse) two months ago and has had limited mobility since then. He can perform his personal hygiene and dress himself, but cannot walk long distances with his walking stick or rollator. He uses an electric wheelchair outside the property.
  My husband takes care of our three dogs, Lola (Labrador-Golden Redriver mix, 15 years old), Zeus (Border Colli, 2 years old) and Moma (Agua Espanola, 1 year old). Unfortunately, he can't walk them alone at the moment. As we live on a large property near the city, the dogs can let off steam on the property and in the pool. Walking and some training would be useful.

  We have bicycles that can be used. In about 500m you can reach the train to Alicante or Denia. It takes about 10 to 15 minutes to get to the centre of town and to the beach. There are also various providers of leisure activities in the area, e.g. kayaking and sailing courses: Kayak and sailing courses, mountain biking, drawing and painting courses, language courses, theatre, cinema etc.. We are only 10km from Benidorm. The leisure activities in the area vary depending on the season, but hiking, relaxing and swimming in different bays in the sea can be done all year round.

  Aide

  We would need a person who could possibly cook, help a bit in the garden and do other small jobs. My husband is unfortunately limited in his cognitive abilities. He often forgets events that happened a short time ago or confuses events and times.
  As I am self-employed, I am usually out of the house for 5 to 7 hours on four to five days a week. During this time, the helper would then have to be at our home - of course by arrangement.

  We can provide a private room with wifi and unlimited use of our pool. We offer full board. We attach great importance to a balanced healthy diet. We are not vegetarians, but have no problems if people want to eat differently from us.

  We have a big property with plenty of parking space. We have had friend stay with us in Vans or trucks before.

  We have 3 dogs who are normally very friendly but we have had only eperiences with other dogs. If you have an other animal with you just let us know beforehand.
