  Hello, this is Ufuk. I’m contemporary dancer & choreographer based in İstanbul.
  
  If i had to describe myself i'd say i am easy-going, kind hearted, gay friendly, open-minded, honest person with somewhat old soul. I like meet new people and see different countries. I love cook, books and toys :)

  I think it's a lot for both sides. After all, it's first and foremost a meeting of cultures. To be more specific, we could do things like cooking, picnics, museums, and parties together.

  Aide

  To be honest, there are a few positions I would like to invite people to apply for on this site. I will explain these positions below, but if you have any other suggestions or would like to get in touch, please feel free to write to me.
  
  1. Education
  The first one is English conversation practice. I am currently preparing for my PhD, and it would be great to practice my English in this context. It would also be great to get to know another culture and another way of thinking. By the way, it could also be a good opportunity to learn Spanish. I previously studied at the Cervantes Institute in Istanbul and reached level B, and I have visited Madrid several times. However, that was eight years ago, and I would be very happy to have Spanish back in my life. If you would like to teach Spanish from the very beginning and experience Istanbul at the same time, please get in touch with me. (If you would like to help me with my Spanish education and stay for a longer period, say 3 months, I would give priority to such individuals. We both know that this will take time.)
  
  2. Artistic collaboration
  
  If you are a dancer or choreographer and would like to come to Istanbul to collaborate, please feel free to reach out. I teach contemporary dance at a state-run private academy here. I also teach at a studio where I am a partner. Here, I organize seminars and workshops with artists and academics from dance and other disciplines. In addition, I work on and stage my own art projects.
  
  If you're interested in working on a project, developing a project, or just getting to know each other and spending some quality time together, I'm here.
  
  3. Artistic work

  The apartment I live in is on the 10th floor of a 15-story building. I live there with my cat, Aristo. It's a bright and sunny apartment. Guests who wish to stay with me will have a room with a balcony and an en-suite bathroom. The living room and kitchen will be shared spaces.

  I live in a neighborhood in the Kadıköy district, which is the most popular and crowded area of the Anatolian side. Kadıköy is only a 15-20 minute drive from home. This area is quiet and peaceful. It is a 15-minute walk from Bağdat Street, which has stylish shops, cafes, bookstores, and restaurants. There are many beautiful boutique cafes and green spaces in my neighborhood.
  
  If you're looking for a quiet, peaceful neighborhood with friendly people and a spacious apartment, this is the perfect place for you.

  If you wish to stay with me, please note that there is a cat living in the house, and making noise after 11:00 PM is not permitted. Additionally, hosting guests during your stay is not possible. It is important that you consider these options before arriving.
