Description
Our family moved from the United States to Panama in 2016. We run a small coffee farm 10 minutes away from town. We provide tours and export coffee. We always have projects and making improvements never ends. However, right now we are looking for someone to help one of our tour guides learn French.
We would like to be able to offer coffee tours in French by the end of the year and right now he is between beginner and intermediate.

We live on a coffee farm next to a jungle, but close to Boquete and all of its attractions.
We can teach you all about coffee as you help our tour guide learn to explain coffee to our French tourists.

We are looking for person/people that are willing to work for about 4-5 hours each morning or afternoon in exchange for comfortable lodging and a basic food allowance.
There are always other projects going on around the farm and helping out with other projects might take place, but our real goal is work on French language lessons.

Hébergement
We have a shipping container that has been converted into a2 bedroom with a full size beds.There is a shower with hot water and a private bathroom. There is electricity, wifi and a TV. Outside is a covered kitchen (with microwave, dishwasher, grill, stove, oven, and of course coffee making appliances) and dining area for preparing your meals. (We will provide rice, beans, eggs, coffee, chicken and local fresh fruits and vegetables.)

Boquete is a tourist town and there are many activities to explore. There is white-water rafting, hiking, horseback riding, bird watching and lots of opportunities for photographers.

Great couple! They were up for anything. They learned and restocked our farm store, helped with modifications to a new building, made awesome meals....the list goes on! Great experience with Michael and Tanja. We enjoyed them both and they were up to helping with anything. They processed coffee, poured a concrete floor, cooked.....would highly recommend them! Our dogs are very sad that they have moved on to more adventures, but our family is richer for getting to spend time with them.

Our experience here was amazing! We have been there in May and we already miss Finca!
Never heavy job, we worked all morning and one of us had to cook lunch for everyone at 11h30 every work day. Andy provided all we needed.

Very enthusiastic people! Willing to get their hands dirty when needed, even worked in the rain to finish making a raised garden. ‘Excellent’ doesn’t even begin to describe how much we enjoyed our three weeks here. The work was really fun and everyday was different. Mathieu and Celia were wonderful to have on the farm. They were very enthusiastic and enjoyed trying new things. They did everything from painting, chipping/shredding limbs, working with concrete, sorting coffee beans, planting and cooking. We hope they have fun on the rest of their travels.

Hard worker, easy-going and fun to be around. He helped plant coffee trees, clear and prep an area for construction, making new walkways and he makes the best pizza! The list of jobs he helped with is long and he always had a good attitude. He is very respectful and responsible. We will miss him and wish him well on the rest of his travels.
