Hi
We are a family of 5 , one baby (turning 1 in August) 2 beautiful dogs and us Josh and Adele.
We live in a small town in North California. We are less than a mile from town. Our land is big and so is our house.
We might need some help house sitting and dogs sitting. Plants watering and do some little chores around the property or the house but only when we're here. We have many different cabins. One of them is for you. You'll have your privacy and independence if you decide to come here.
My husband is a local and I am from France. I have myself been traveling and worked as a volunteer and did lots of volunteering. We're open minded and easygoing.

My husband's a very skilled worker. You can learn so much from him if working on projects together from building to gardening he's taught so much to me
He also is a great musician and we love sharing a drink around the fire pit with a little music!
We are a dual citizenship family, so you'll learn either about American culture or french culture. Also I am a great cook and will gladly share my cooking secrets with you.
We are also super into natural health and are passionate about it. Always happy to share.
And your cabin and your space are very peaceful it'll be a great environment to be creative or just rest.
We are big on communication and think a clear communication can avoid many drama. So if something doesn't work the way it is we love to be able to talk in order to improve it for everyone 's sake. So feel free to do the same with us! We appreciate a person that knows how to use their words!

Aide
We might go on vacation and are looking for someone to house and dog sit for us. You're welcome to stay longer than our vacation and give us a hand on the everyday chores. Cooking, cleaning, maintaining the property (weed whacking, or help on small projects..). We'll find tasks fit for your skills. There is always so much to do!

Hébergement
You'll have your own private cabin with a queen bed. Your own porta potty. You'll share the main house bathroom with the rest of us. It's a very quiet and peaceful environment surrounded by trees. As for the food we'll offer a meal the days where you help us around. Depending on how much time you'll help around we'll figure something out together

If you have a car it's better , this way you're right next to Fort Bragg and Mendocino for the coast (1h or so away) , you're couple hours away from the avenue of the Giants and the redwoods. If you take a couple day off you can road trip to Shasta or lake Tahoe...
