  Description

  Welcome to our little paradise! 🌿
  
  We are a small, family-run and friendly hotel located just a 5-minute walk from Playa Bonita, one of the most stunning beaches in the Dominican Republic.
  
  Our hotel is composed of 7 fully furnished bungalows, each with its own private terrace, arranged around a beautiful swimming pool. The reception area is an open, welcoming space where you’ll find a shared kitchen, a cozy bar, a pool table, and a dartboard—perfect for relaxing and socializing.
  
  Surrounded by a lush, flower-filled garden, the property offers plenty of peaceful corners to chill and enjoy the tropical atmosphere.
  
  Our team is young, dynamic, and close-knit: 7 humans, 1 dog, 1 cat, and a few chickens all living and working together in harmony! The team includes:
  
  * The owner
  * 2 managers
  * 2 cleaners
  * 1 gardener
  * 1 night shift security/receptionist/bartender
  
  We truly care about creating a warm, home-like environment where everyone feels comfortable and connected. Our guests often fall in love with the vibe here—and we’re sure you will too!
  
  In exchange for your help with daily tasks, we offer accommodation and breakfast, as well as the opportunity to be part of our little community in paradise.

  We are looking for friendly, positive and sociable people who enjoy working as part of a team 😊
  
  We require volunteers who can speak both English and Spanish. French is a big plus, as our team is a mix of French, Dominican, Swiss and Haitian cultures.
  
  Your tasks will be varied and never boring! You’ll mainly help us with:
  
  **Reception tasks:**
  
  * Welcoming guests and handling check-in/check-out
  * Answering phone calls and taking bookings
  * Helping guests organize excursions and activities
  * Making sure the common areas stay clean and welcoming
  * Ensuring our guests have everything they need for a great stay
  
  **Other tasks:**
  
  * Occasionally helping with pool maintenance
  * Participating in the life of the hotel: organizing themed nights, playing games (pool, darts, cards), or simply socializing and creating a great atmosphere with guests
  
  No previous experience is required — our work is easy to learn, and we’ll be happy to teach you everything you need to know.

  Hébergement

  You will stay on our property, right next to the hotel, in your own private room. The room includes a double bed, a private shower and toilet, as well as a small personal fridge.
  
  You’ll also have access to our shared kitchen to cook your own meals.
  During your free time, you can fully enjoy the place: access to the swimming pool, barbecue area, and all our facilities is included 🌴
  
  We do not have a restaurant, as we are a small hotel, so food service is not a major part of the work. We only prepare simple breakfasts upon request from our guests.
  
  From time to time (usually once or twice a month, depending on the season), we organize special evenings such as barbecue nights, cocktail nights, or small workshops.
  
  As our team comes from different parts of the world, we also love to organize cultural and food discovery nights. Everyone can cook one or two dishes from their home country, creating a fun and friendly moment to share cultures, flavors, and stories with guests and the team.

  Autres infos...

  You'll be 5 minutes walk to some beautiful beaches, not far from the surf and kite surf spot. We have a nice waterfall only 20 minutes drive and an incredible national park 50 minutes away.
  From January to April we can see the whales pretty close to our place.
  We have taxis moto passing in front of the hotel to get to the closest town where are most of the bars and restaurants.
