  Description

  I run a warm and welcoming private farm located in a beautiful Austrian holiday region, situated between the famous Mozart town Salzburg and Linz. The farm is home to lovely animals, including dogs, cats, rabbits, and chicken, which need to be cared for every day with love. For my helpers, I provide a beautiful, fully independent 2-bedroom apartment with a sun terrace and stunning scenic views, kitchen, wooden stove plus central heating, and modern, fully updated bathroom and toilet. Ideal for 1 or 2 people.

  I look forward to a cultural exchange and speak English, Spanish, and some French! Helpers will experience daily life on a beautiful Austrian farm and learn about animal care. In your free time, there is so much to explore: a large shopping mall with a 3D cinema showing original version movies is just 45 minutes away. We have a huge selection of stunning lakes located 15 to 60 minutes from the farm. Salzburg and Linz are perfect for short trips and going out, and Vienna's famous nightlife is 2.5 hours away.

  Aide

  The daily help will take around 2 to 3 hours a day, from Monday to Friday ( 5 days per week, weekends are free). Your main responsibilities will include helping with the daily preparation of meals and feeding our lovely animals. For our dogs, this includes taking them for walks.
  
  Cleaning is also a part of the routine, specifically keeping the kitchen tidy and cleaning the areas where the animals sleep (getting rid of pet hair). For our bunnies, tasks include getting fresh hay and disposing of the compost.
  
  Since I occasionally go on short business trips, it is very important to me that you can work independently and reliably take care of the animals and the property on your own during those days.

  Hébergement

  You will stay in a beautiful, fully independent 2-bedroom apartment with its own private 20 sqm sun terrace offering incredible scenic views. Both bedrooms have direct access to the terrace and are equipped with a TV. One bedroom features a comfortable bed, while the other has a high-quality sofa bed, making it ideal for 1 or 2 people.
  
  The apartment features a newly renovated bathroom and separate toilet, as well as a modern kitchen equipped with brand-new appliances, including an induction stove, a dishwasher, modern, large fridge and a traditional cozy wood stove. Fast and reliable internet (Starlink) is provided throughout the accommodation.
  
  Please note: One of the doors has a cat flap, so our friendly cats might pop in to say hello and keep you company! Food is provided. You have your own large dining tables. Details on how we sometimes organize shared meals can be discussed.

  Regarding transport and free time: It is absolutely ideal if you are 2 people traveling with your own car, as this allows you to be fully independent and explore this beautiful region at your own pace.
  
  However, solo travelers without a vehicle are also welcome! If a single person joins me, we can easily arrange shared rides for grocery shopping, trips to the malls, or visits to the cinema. If you are interested, we can also head out together for leisure activities like tennis, golf, or a night out!

  Possibilité d’accueillir les digital nomads

  Digital nomads are welcome! We have fast Starlink internet, which works great. However, the property is very large and WiFi does not cover every single corner. For the most stable connection while working, it is highly recommended to use a LAN cable connected directly to the switch, so bringing a longer ethernet cable and a lan adapter for your laptop is a good idea.
