Description
From the heart of the gorgeous and huge forest we live in, we present our greatings to those who read and those who resonate with what unites us on our land:
The deep love and care for nature, animals and all kind of living creatures, the practice of meditation, beekeeping and the passion of crafts, healing and music.
We are currently in the 3rd year our project which involves developing eco-constructed buildings in the woods, vegetable garden, greenhouses for medicinal plants, and caring for the beekeeping activity that is already well developed.
One of our intention is also to make a place for everyone who is called by retreat and the joys of simple living.
Pierre: i am passionate about bees as a professional beekeeper since 5 years. I have developed my own way to relate with them in a sensible and caring approach therefore the production is not forcefull in any way. So i am happy to share this passion with you in this way.
I love adventure and have been traveling backpacking during 8 years before settling down here for our project.
I am an happy generous and caring free spirit who also practice Vipassana meditation as a way that has guided me and is benefiting my daily life.
I am currently creating also a future activity around mushroom culture specially Shitake and soon more.
Steph: i am a dynamic little lady specialised in sawing tents, yurts and all kind of cloth for eco-buldings..
i also study and work around supporting people with plant healing, integration of traumatic wounds, and currently developing crafts such as weaving and engraving. I have a deep bond with the animal world/wildlife care, and enjoy playing music.
I am currently working on developing a project of flower culture and medicinal plants.
I have been exploring meditation and buddhist practices since my early age and love to share meditation moments.
We would be happy to welcome you and receive your help for different activities with us:
🌱On the land (cutting trees, planting etc..) and the vegetable garden,
🌱On the construction sites with your skills or drive to participate in wooden houses constructions (or depending on your talents ;) we can also use earth/straw and recycled ressources)
🌱Beekeeping and learning about the bees world with Pierre
🌱Cooking and looking after the general gardening places
🌱Daily meditation ( mainly Vipassana), all traditions welcome
🌱Forest walks, bird observation and silent immersion sessions in the wild
We are happy to host people that can help us in our project. We take on board only interested and comitted people. Please bring outdoor working clothes and shoes.

We can share our passion for nature (listening and living with), plants, we practice Vipassana meditation everyday, music, instruments, singing, beekeeping 🐝, traveling, natural medicine, circle talks.

We need help for the beekeeping, you are welcome to go with Pierre for some days to help him while learning about this incredible bee's world ! ! !
And, there is a lot of different things we would like to develop such as the garden, making terraces, green houses..
This will be depending on what you like to do or what could be needed at this moment, always respecting everyone feeling.

Hébergement
you’ll have a room in the practice space which is independent from our house and in front of it . Or a room in our house, depending on who is here , and how much workaways there are.
Tent and van is possible.
And you will share the bathroom and kitchen with us in our house . We will cook all together and we will provide organic and vegetarian food for you.

We are in the forest and mountains, on pedestrial ways that goes directly to an enchanted river (15 minutes by walk) , forest and trekking trails…! Here there are lots of beautiful places, villages, and points of view to explore. Occitan’s bals where you can learn the local traditional dance, live music or other events from spring to autumn . Here teleportation is the easiest way, without car it is limited. But there is a WhatsApp group with the village friends for car sharing, there is a bus from Vabre (15min car from our house) which goes to Castres and Albi ( bigger town) . We like to go sometimes to the hammam and sauna

Its a Place full of inspiration, peace and nature. Pierre knows a lot about Bees and making honey and is super passionated to tell you a lot about it. He showed me the Bee Queen and the whole process of making the honey and i was able to taste the best honey!
