🏄 Hostel by the Beach in Scenic Strandhill, Ireland – Join Our New Team! 🌅
We’re a newly managed lodge and hostel in the heart of Strandhill, Co. Sligo—just 2 minutes from the beach, surrounded by sand dunes, surf, live music, pubs, and epic views of Knocknarea Mountain and the Wild Atlantic Way.
We’re looking for positive, energetic solo Workawayers who are great with people, professional, and happy to help where needed—even beyond scheduled hours when the vibe is right.
Roles include housekeeping, reception, and light DIY, with chances to gain valuable experience in tourism, hospitality, and surf culture. We offer a complimentary weekly salary in line with Irish regulations.
Ideally looking for mid-long term stays (2 months minimum).
Fluency in English is a plus, and we welcome those already in Ireland or with a set arrival date.

There are a number of beautiful things to see in the area that are easy to reach on foot. You will be able to surf and explore the area during your free time. Surfing is a big part of the culture and community here and you will be able to experience the power and energy that comes from being on the water in the Atlantic. There is also live music at the pubs within walking distance almost every night.

We are just 8km outside of Sligo town which has connections by bus and train to the rest of the country. There is a bus stop that is also a two-minute walk up the road with easy access by bus into town every hour.
