Help with collaborative projects and my dog in Arrosès, South West France

  Description

  Hi, My name is Mark, I'm from the UK but live in a very rural part of South West France, I'm 54 years of age, I'm an artist and also a musician, I love to create new pieces of music and paintings. I have always been a keen gardener and love being outdoors in nature. The area I love is rural but not to far from all local shops and essential amenities, it has the best of both worlds, the mounts and the coast are all within driving distance of my home. I have created a wonderful home here in France but it does require a lot of maintenance, Especially in the gardens which is why I thought about the workaway project, I think it would give someone the opportunity to experience this wonderful place, the food and the way of life too, whilst helping me with the maintenance of the garden.
  I live here alone in a very friendly little village were I have integrated into the French way of life. It really is a special place to be.

  Here is SW France there are many local markets, fairs and Fetes to enjoy and sample local food, music and culture, I walk often here through local villages and vineyards were you can stumble across many local people for a chat.
  With regards to the help element it would be great to share the daily routine of the gardens, sharing in the experience of knowledge and cultures.

  Aide

  The help I would need is general garden help, cutting back weeds, small trees and generally helping to maintain the garden. I have a decent sized plot that needs maintenance, from weeding to cutting back and digging up various plants etc.
  It would be outdoor help mainly (weather permitting), We would be doing projects together most of the time, sharing in keeping the grounds maintained. I know quite a bit about gardening and would certainly aim to share my knowledge with like minded people.

  I would not hesitate to learn another language although it does not come naturally for me, I find it fascinating.

  Hébergement

  I have a decent size home with various bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large kitchen and spaces for both indoor and outdoor dinning. You would have your own private bedroom.
  I love to cook, if you do too that's also great, however if you don't i certainly would not hesitate to keep you well fed, i think eating with people is a great way to get to know someone and have nice conversations.

  During your time off there are many places to visit here locally or a little further afield in the mountains or by the coast.
  With regards to the house, It goes without saying that any house guest must be courteous to the rules of the home, nothing out of the ordinary life rules.
