We run an affordable English school in Makassar, South Sulawesi, Indonesia. It's located in the city of Makassar, near from universities and not it's not far from airport, harbour, and bus station. So far we have 2 projects. First is the affordable English school and second is teaching in the orphanage for free. Actually we still have one more project which is teaching on the island but we postponed it for a while because of some reasons.
Our main ideas are to give an oppurtunity to children/students to meet, talk, and share with foreigners and to teach other subjects through english such as environmental awareness, permaculture, culture, cooking, etc.
We also have some fun activities with the students like karaoke, and trip to some nice places around Makassar on the weekend so u will always feel like holiday!

Makassar is the fourth biggest city in Indonesia. There are not many things to see in the city but for sure i will show you around the city. There are also some nice places around that worth to visit and we will visit some of them with the students.
Toraja is one of the famous place in South Sulawesi. It's about 9 hours from Makassar. During your staying, you can visit this place for 2 or 3 days.
Rammang-rammang is a really beautiful village surrounded by lime stones and has a lot of ricefields. To reach the village we have to use small boat.
Malino highland is a nice place to escape the busy city of Makassar. It's about 2 hours driving. There you can see a lot of pine trees, waterfalls, tea plantation, strawberry plantation, and do some tracking on the mountain.
