Help with three cheerful kids in Rome from April

We are a nice and happy family with three kids. From September 2017 we are hosting au pairs to look after the children in the afternoon, after the school. Living with us, your main duty would be bringing children from school to home or to do some activity and stay/play with them while we are at work, speaking only English with them. We need help 5 hours a day more or less, from Monday to Friday. You will be free on the weekends.
We are mom (Elenora), dad (Carlo), and three children: Niccolò, 11 years old, Camilla, 9 years old, and Samuele 6 years old. Carlo and I are both engineers and work a lot during the week; Niccolò is a sensible and curious boy; Camilla is a strong and outgoing girl while Samuele is a cheeky youngster. The kids are very linked together so they play a lot together

Aide
We are looking for a person who likes to play with the children and who is willing to be like a big sister for our children. She must be able to manage three kids together, in a easy and thus safe way. For us it is very important to spend very good time with them. We will require to do some daily house duties and to speak fluent English with kids always.
We require you to be well educated, very tidy and clean, respectful and not lazy as we are

The house is composed of a lunch room with a close kitchenette, a living room, 3 bed rooms, 2 bath rooms, a laundry and 2 balconies. We would reserve the third room, the brightest one of 10 mq, for you, while the children would sleep together in the second room.

We live in a nice area in Rome, not far from Villa Borghese (one of the main parks in Rome), Vatican, Piazza del Popolo, Piazza di Spagna and the Auditorium. Our home is very well connected to public transport, so it allows for quick travel all over Rome
