  i am Shambhu from Bikaner now live in Jaisalmer running a hotel and also running a Restaurant by the name of the Restaurant in Jaisalmer Rajasthan,
  I have staff of 6 in hotel and in Restaurant I have got 20 staff both male and female working in different departments.

  well , food is made by our kitchen staff , on leisure and occasional nights we will cook together in nomadic style [ desi-indian style] where i dont measure the spices and the whole food is made with efforts and love by the helping hands , on regular days all you need to do is take what you see on the dining table

  Jeep transport will be possible when staying in the desert. While in town, walking around the whole town is possible on foot. During time off, travellers can visit local Rajasthani villages and learn how to make handicrafts and also play musical instruments like the rawanhatha and the algoja ( double flute). Teaching in a local school is also a possibility.
